    Pnut PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN
    Savannah S.

Absolutely loved my smoothie from here. I got the PNUT BUTTER PROTEIN with vegan protein and was advised to try the in house made almond milk. The smoothie was sooo delicious, fresh and creamy!!! I definitely think the almond milk they make in house was a great option. There was no additional charge for these selections, which I was shocked about because that just seems to be the custom. I believe the smoothie had no added sugar. I forgot to ask, but I'm pretty sure it didn't from the taste and also I didn't crash after. The consistency of the smoothie was medium, not too thick and not too thin, which I really like. I personally don't like thick smoothies. The pricing was super fair! Because the smoothie was medium consistency, it was easy for me to drink it fast, and I realized about 3/4th through that I was full and had to put it to the side, so A+ for being filling! The menu was full of amazing options, and their fridge was stocked with good stuff as well. The prices were, again, fair and everything was in glass containers. Super win! Despite being in the business district, the parking wasn't bad either. I popped 70 cents in a parking meter which gave me 15 minutes, and was able to successfully secure my smoothie and get back to my car. Overall, great experience!

Hidden between tall buildings in the Financial District in New Orleans. If you get tired of eating the staples of the NO cuisine and "detox" yourself then this tiny juice place might come in handy. This review is so belated as our trip to the Big Easy was well over a few months ago. Since it had been saved in the draft section on Yelp, I thought I'd finally complete this unfinished business to give this under the radar juice joint a little buzz. Like I said, the store is very small. It had a small table or two for some customers to sit down and drink their beverages. After a long walk in the city, this is a good place for a powerful nutritious juice to juice up yourself and recharge. Friendly service, clean store are what I remembered from the experience we had one afternoon. Prices were reasonable as well.

You won't believe how flavorful, well prepared, and rewarding these treats are. Ginger shot did something great for me and smoothie was tasty. Gem!

If you're a local or just a visitor, yall BETTER get to Antidote Juice ASAP! The BEST grab and go and quick dine in for a busy solo traveler like myself, especially being on the go! This is a small business, supporting small businesses in the Louisiana area (with the best locally sourced products) Scortch and Erin took the best care of me. There are some chill tables to sit at indoor or outdoor for a couple or just by yourself. The vibe is IITTT here and you can't leave NOLA without visiting The Antidote Juice!

Complimentary alkaline water if you dine in or while you wait

Found this place while staying in New Orleans with friends for an extended weekend and this helped me stay a float for all the amazing food and drinks experienced! Daily I would get a form of a green juice and turmeric and gulp down a couple jars of alkaline water that's complimentary while I waited! I also got an avocado toast one day and it was on a sourdough bread. Very delicious and yummy thick toast. It's a very small place but they do have outside seating and some indoor seating. Very kind and helpful staff. I will definitely be back whenever I'm in NOLA

Got a juice, fancy water and a ginger shot. Perfect antidote to yesterday's meals.

Just what my guy needed. Very helpful front desk guy. Quality products, made fresh. Reasonablely priced. Cute cafe chairs and tables on the sidewalk outside.

Avacado toast and BERRY BLUE PARFAIT

I'm a Californian from Los Angeles (born/raised) . California is known for health and fitness. While I was visiting New Orleans which is a lively location with good music, good food , good people. Eating the rich but tasty New Orleans cuisine for a few days was good but heavy and I was in search of healthier food options. I came across this gem Antidote Juice located in the business district of New Orleans. The owners are awesome and the menu consists of a variety of healthy options of food and drinks made from Organic fruits, vegetables . My friend and I sat indoors and chatted with the owner. There is seating outdoors or you can request your food/drinks to go. My friend and I ordered the avacado toast the hint of basil added a nice touch and we ordered the berry blue parfait in which the blue spirulina gives it the blue color both were delicious!! For California standards Antidote Juice is top notch and prices are very reasonable. You pay for quality and to be quite honest if the same items say were purchased from a California health food cafe the food would be $40+. There aren't very many health food restaurants/cafes in New Orleans. Antidote Juice is now my go to spot when visiting New Orleans. I highly recommend Antidote Juice to those in search of healthier food/drink options.

A hidden gem. This place is clean. The juice was delicious. It took less than 3 minutes to finish it.

Loved this place. The staff was friendly and the menu was full of fresh ingredients. It was so hard making a choice because everything looked so good. I went for the Love Speech and it was like enjoying the most amazing chocolate covered strawberry. I also tried the tropical storm, it was a little too tart for my liking. The space is quaint, just 1 table inside and 2-3 outside, but the menu items pack a big punch.

    AVOCADO TOAST

This place is so fresh! I was in search for some fresh juice and nutrients after a few days in the French Quarter! I ordered the food and we went to walk and pick it ip from our hotel! We walked in & the staff was so friendly! We got the ginger lemon tumeric shots and slammed them on the walk back! We also got a avocado toast and breakfast smoothie! Everything was delicious! I highly highly recommend this spot!

Needed a pick me up smoothie. Happy with my choice - Matcha Nice Cream. Tastes balanced, not overly sweet. Staff were nice. Loved all of the options. Feel my super powers coming back ‍

Good option for a quick, healthy breakfast. Space is small with just one table, so it's best to-go. A little pricy, but tasty with good ingredients and not your basic fare. The chocolate overnight oats were creamy and felt healthy, just the right amount of sweetness with whole dark cherries and a chocolate coconut oil shell. Oatmilk latte had a good flavor, but was just barely warm- next time I'd ask for extra hot. Friendly staff. Recommend.

Cool spot to grab a juice, light lunch or smoothie that is full of nutrients. Gotta make sure to get it in while in NOLA because there's plenty of food that will throw off the diet . I was feeling the need to grab something and chose the Matcha Julius drink which hit the spot. There is very limited seating inside so grabs and go. Time to get my walk on !

The staff, especially at checkout, always seem to be friendly and upbeat, which is nice. The pre-prepared foods, snacks, drink choices, bakery and deli are typically better than most, sometimes better than the larger Whole Foods on Magazine St. here. And, they have an amazing floral section at the back entrance. There's a convenient parking lot that wraps around the back and downtown side of the building, but the spaces can be tight, especially with a SUV size vehicle. This time I grabbed some coffee, bread, brownies, and wine. Unfortunately, I found many of the aisles and sections not stocked very well. The bakery section had very little product as did several other places. Just empty bins and shelves. Hmmmm? It is the beginning of Mardi Gras season so plenty of King Cake and specialty vodka. Nonetheless, I do like this store. Fun fact- this used to be the Bultman Funeral Home, in a classic building on the corner of St. Charles and Louisiana Streets. Yes, indeed, a mortuary as well.

It's conveniently located for me, as in walking distance, and you can't beat that for picking up essentials. Anything to save myself a car ride! While their selection isn't always robust as far as produce goes, they have far more locally- grown items than Whole Foods. I think they strive to offer as much local as possible, whereas these days WF does not, so kudos to them for that. I don't want my tomatoes from Mexico if they are in season here. That said, you may not find everything you're looking for as the selection varies, but I can always count on finding an organic baked potato and I'm not going to find that at Robert's, the neighborhood supermarket. I used to think pricing was super high here, but I no longer feel that way. In fact, they are often cheaper than Robert's, as it seems like they are just pricing for tourists looking to stock their vacation rentals. They have a good selection of vegan items, even locally-made cheeses and meats, in addition to the commercial brands. And if you hit it at the right time, there's locally-made vegan baked goods, too. They have a modest wine and beer selection but still convenient if you need it. I think the neighborhood should support the Food Co-op. When it first opened, there was all this strange begrudgement around it, "we wanted a real supermarket," but when that so-called "real" supermarket opened it was a bit of an eye-opener for most of us ($7 for OJ five years ago was unheard of, but of course most of us wouldn't bat an eye in this economy).

I appreciate the wine and delicacies (née cheese) section as well as the fridge section here to Mid-City. I much prefer the parking in Mid-City to Uptown and that's a big deal, as in, even if I'm in the area and need to stop at WF for produce, oat milk, wine and nostalgia, I'll more often than not talk myself out of it because I hate that parking garage that much. The last time I stopped in, I had taralli on the brain and knew that I wouldn't likely find that at most Rouses, no less the far more conveniently-located food co-op that's in my neighborhood. And of course I found a decent variety, as well as a bunch of other goodies my regular Mid-City location does not have. Back to the parking lot. It's bad enough, people. At the very least, bring your cart back inside so that the next person doesn't have to move it before parking, which blocks the entire area and annoys the other cars waiting to park. This Whole Foods has a very unique location and this reused space does give it some nice unique qualities. This location used to be far better than the Metairie location in many ways but it seems the location in Metairie has started to surpass this location in many ways. They still have a good mix of local, organic, and non-GMO produce. They also offer lots of high carb and high sugar baked goods that most "vegetarians" and "vegans" seem to thrive on. Sadly the formerly excellent selection of cookies no longer exists and they now pale in comparison to what they used to offer. I do look forward to one day meeting a "real" vegetarian or vegan that actually eats veggies instead of most of the ones I know who basically live off desserts and muffins :) Parking is usually a painful experience here and it is DEFINITELY better to go in off hours as people act crazy about parking here. After Katrina I lived next to the Whole Foods flagship location in Austin so this is certainly a much less dynamic store but it usually serves its purpose. Ever since Amazon took over Whole Foods it simply just isn't as good as it used to be in many ways but you are able to get more deals, discounts and coupons. This is still the most unique Whole Foods I've seen anywhere but I miss the vibe it had before Katrina and Amazon. One last review of ONE Star for all the LAZY people that leave their carts strewn all over the place in the parking lot! If your going to eat healthy maybe take a few extra seconds of exercise to put your cart back and OUT of my way you rude, pathetic excuses for civilized creatures. It is the utmost in poor manners and you are probably the same douche bags that zoom in and cut people off to steal the parking space that someone else was patiently waiting for.
