Unreliable business ever since Cam (their manager/employee) left. Their hours are posted everywhere stating they open at 7am, but I can count five times I've shown up for breakfast around 7:15-7:20 when the lights are off, the door is locked, and I'm shit out of luck for breakfast. Unfortunately, this establishment has now lost my business, and I used to spend a lot of money there. I am not a critical person, but these experiences lead me to believe whoever is hired to work here simply does not care and has poor time-management skills. Bearcat is a great alternative if you want something reliable in the Warehouse district! Plus, it's a local business instead of a franchise. Go there! For context, I work in the Warehouse District and clock-in by 7:30am on weekdays, so I frequently get breakfast on my way to the office. It is always so inviting and clean in there and the staff are always very friendly and helpful to help you decide which different smoothie or juice you may want. They have a rewards program as well where you can get a couple dollars off of whatever you purchase based on how long you have been going there. I got the smoothie for $9.95. The acai bowl is my favorite item so far--a delicious rich berry flavor, and excellent texture contrast with the crunchy granola and the fresh ripe blueberries on top. I stopped by Main Squeeze earlier today because I needed to get some work done and take a meeting, and I liked it a lot. I've never been much of a "health juice" person, but I feel like Main Squeeze had a generous selection of juices, bowls, and smoothies that allowed me to find something that I enjoyed. They also had one-sip samples of most of their menu, which I really appreciated, and were super helpful in helping me pick a juice. The interior was very well-decorated with a kind of hip, chiqué modern feeling that you'd get from most coffee shops or cafes aimed towards a younger clientele. I really liked how they had bar window seating - ideal for people-watching on Carondelet Street - fast, reliable wifi and plenty of outlets, in addition to a few tables large enough to comfortably set up a laptop, papers, etc for doing work. The staff were super friendly. Like I said, I'm not a typical juice-person, so take my opinion with a grain of salt - but I am espresso shot along with a drink that was a combination of lemon, maple, cayenne and 'blue majik' - whatever that may be. I liked it, and would get it again or try a new drink next time I stopped by. They said that they made and bottled their juices fresh every day, and from the rate at which people came in and bought them off the shelves that seemed to be true. The espresso shot was also really good - my only gripe is that my tab came out to something near $16-$18, but then again I picked a fancy juice and I assume if you're a proper juice-head then you'd know better about what is or isn't worth the price than me. Want to add an extra note that I had maybe an hour to an hour-and-a-half meeting here and the staff seemed to take extra care not to interrupt or disturb me while I was doing that, which was so incredibly kind - especially in a place where blenders and juicers are the M.O. Great tasting juices that you can sample before buying. At 9 each, the bottled juice is very pricey. They do offer a free rewards program to give customers points towards free smoothies and juices and access to in store deals. Occasionally, they will give you 25% off a 6-pack or buy 6 and get a 10$ card. However, I prefer to fulfill my juicy needs by buying Simply OJ and other Simply products. My conclusion is that the juice is just NOT worth 5-9 dollars for a 16 oz. The smoothies and hot drinks are more appropriately priced and also taste great. They are approximately priced according to usual café prices. I can personally suggest the chai, hot or cold. It is not overly sweet (but definitely sweet), has a good profile of spice flavors, and doesn't taste cheap. The people at this location are also nice to interact with. A go to store and location for made to order products, and probably just go to the location most convenient for you. However, I would say avoid them for your juice desires, unless you just want to blow money on juice you can get cheaper at a grocer. read more

Wow just WOW!!! I've never been a huge juicer UNTIL trying Main Squeeze's juices, now I'm totally sold!!! I went in with my sister to get $5 juices and special 6 pack sale and we had so much fun choosing our 6 pack. The place is clean and bright (staff is all wearing masks COVID-19 time), and the vibe is super comfy and kind. There's street parking around it and we got lucky with a spot right in front. We absolutely loved all of the juices, from the spicy to the sweet! I should have written down all the names, but honestly, they were ALL amazing. My favorite, if I had to choose, was the Alive; it was spicy and sweet and wonderful! It would be such a fun date idea to go get a 6 pack of cool juices and go to the fly to try them all (pouring separate cups for tasting of course). I highly recommend trying Main Squeeze. Especially the 6 pack sale bc you get to try a bunch. Oh they also have samples of all of them at the fridge so you can try before you buy!! I got a berry toast (which was my favorite), avocado toast, and a green spirulina bowl (I forget the bowls name, but it was the only bowl with spirulina in it). It's amazing this store never runs any promos as frequently as all other locations in the GNO, I guess that's what happens when you open up around luxury apartments.
