I bought a Groupon for Broadway tire for an oil change and it cost me like 60 bucks and I'm thinking when I get there they'll be like an up charge or something nope 60 bucks I couldn't believe it. Then I asked them like what the regular price would be and it was 110 literally half the price of what I've been paying everywhere else. They were so nice. Got me in and out took me on a last-minute appointment have gone back several times. I literally won't go anywhere else from my oil changes.

Instead of fixing the actually problem the replaced an exhaust pipe ($600 later) and did not even diagnose the problem and sent me back with my car still shaking and sounding loud. The next day I scheduled an appointment: they held my car the whole day and they did not tell me until the last minute that my car was not going to be looked at. I am completely appalled and unhappy how I was treated. People with appointments should come first over other people.

It clearly seems to me as though the ownership is trying to save some $$ and screw over their customers by closing the touchless wash whenever they feel convenient, so much for "24/7". At least half the time I drive all the way there there's cones blocking off the entrance. One would think that with all this money we're paying them making they could at least make their shit work. Cancelling my membership now, really unbelievable.

Once I looked at the receipt they didn't even apply the coupon. Not going back, but people need to know they don't have their stuff together.

From the beginning, Mark was incredibly patient, while also being super knowledgeable and putting in extra effort to order a replacement tire for the next day (vs up to a week at other shops). He and his team also went out of their way to help me get through the day (e.g. free spare tire installation). They helped make a bad day much more manageable, which was incredibly appreciated.
