I had no idea how much water had made its way into my flooring, so I was preparing myself for the worst. Turns out, it didn't end up being a catastrophe! Ray did not supervise his workers at all and they did something quite stupid! My crawlspace is almost 6 feet high and, therefore, stand-able and the dirt was very level. There are also shelves along two walls where I have Christmas decorations and other items stored. However, instead of running the necessary trench under the shelving, they ran it in front of the shelves and then did not put enough dirt back to even the ground. So the crawlspace is now a major fall hazard and Ray has refused to come back and fix the problem.
