We were driving home to Vegas for Christmas, literally on Christmas Eve, when the brakes started making a clanging noise. We googled and called the nearest shops and these guys answered and stayed open for us. Turns out the screws were coming out of our brakes! So scary and the gentlemen here performed our Christmas miracle and fixed everything and double checked the rest. We were headed to Big Bear for the weekend from San Diego. Hour into our drive with a car full of food and two big dogs and we hear a weird noise. We have 3 family vehicles (import and domestic) and I trust these guys (Francisco and Jesse) completely with them all. My car a 2007 Mini Cooper s went in for a crossover water pipe, thermostat housing, and valve cover replacement. One of the two mechanics quoted me 1490 with oem parts, turns out the parts they installed are cheap made in China parts, not oem, as they quoted me, and they had to re-do the job because the new thermostat housing part broke right after I left their shoP. Also, the valve cover has a manufacturer defect, bc they bought a cheap 45 dollar one, instead of the original manufacturer piece. I paid 1400 for them to replace two pipes thinking I was gettin original equipment, they just robbed me. But I'll see them in court. Needless to say don't use them. read more

This is my second time I have taken my car in for service. The first time I took advantage of their current oil change offer for $19.99 in the church bulletin. They were quick and courteous. They also showed me where I needed to have my rotors replaced. They kindly showed me the wear. I could definitely see they needed replacing. They were not pushy and when they gave me the quote to replace the rotors I was surprised at how reasonably low it was. The 2nd time I went back to finally have the rotors replaced they also had to change my oil and they were true to their original quote even though it had already been months.
