My rearview mirror fell off late in the evening. I tried to fix it on my own by watching a YouTube video and purchasing a repair kit at AutoZone. Everything appeared to work well until I went to re-attach the mirror the next morning. I thought the reason I couldn't re-attach the mirror was because of the arthritis in my hands. Therefore, I needed additional help. I asked Siri to find a glass shop around me. Reliable Glass was one of the companies Siri found. I was close by so I stopped in. I went into the office and explained my situation to the receptionist. She was very friendly and said she would go in the back to see if a technician was available. Lawrence came to my rescue. We went out to my vehicle so he could take a look and try to re-attach the mirror for me. Apparently, when I re-attached the disk, I didn't I did not glue it back in same position. I didn't know there was a specific position because I had difficulties getting it off in the first place. Anyway, I asked Lawrence if he could mark the correct position and I would go back home and try to fix it again. He said not to worry; he had time to fix it for me. I asked how long it would take and he said about 15-20 minutes. Lawrence and Reliable Glass provided excellent customer service, which is extremely rare these days. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and appeared to love their job. I highly recommend using this company! Next time I need glass fixed or a windshield replaced, this will be my go-to company. NOT So Reliable Glass. I needed a fix window replaced because of a crack. After they were on site to give me a quote I hired them. On the day of installation they arrived and said there was a problem. They had to chop out the stucco around the window which would almost double the original quote. Also, they wouldn't repair the stucco after installation and that would be extra cost on me. Then the Technician said he order the wrong thickness of glass. He said he ordered 1/4" and we think we need 1/8" class. Then Later he said it was 3/16" glass. This company is clueless and wasted my time. I did not fall for their doubling the price scam and hired another company. Would never use them or recommend them. read more

Pretty great service. It was quite easy to make an appointment. I called on a Monday and they were able to come to my house that same week on Wednesday. The technician was named JJ. He was very friendly. They gave me a time window between 7am-3pm but would call with a 2 hour window. He texted me in the morning around what time he would be there. He then texted me when he was about 10 min away. It took him about 30 minutes to replace my windshield. He disinfected my dashboard as well. He explained what I needed to do after the installment. Dealing with this company has been horrible. They did two windshields for me. They were middle of the pack on price, but had decent reviews, so decided to give them a try. One windshield turned out fine, the other was horrible. The windshield they put in was badly scratched on the inside. I called and tested out the "no questions asked warranty" which didn't turn out to be no questions asked. They scheduled me to come look at it, and replace it if needed even though I provided pictures of the damage. A week later they show up and the replacement glass is also damaged. So it gets pushed back another week. Tech shows up with the same damaged glass from last time. They get another one on the way, wrap it up, and head on their way. After a closer inspection, the trim is installed incorrectly. Has large gaps on the sides of the windshield, and is peeling up. Waiting for them to come back now, and resolve it. It will be visit #4 from them. Hopefully they make it right, but as of right now, I'm left with a poor install and a ongoing saga of trying to get my windshield replaced. After calling the tech came back and fixed the trim. Still not a great experience, but at least both cars are decent now. Haven't driven the car, or moved it since the #3 windshield went in, so can't comment on that yet, but at least this one isn't scratched. read more

The made the reservation process about as simple as it gets... the tech showed up, went to town, took about an hour per vehicle, he did a great job, left no mess, was polite, clean, courteous, and left. I drove my car across the country and noticed a small chip in my windshield once I reached Scottsdale. I called Reliable Glass and they came out to my apartment (so convenient!) to take a look. Turns out, the crack was there previously and had already been filled in. Alan was wonderful and cleaned my entire windshield looking for any other cracks or damage and ended up not charging me anything as there was no crack/damage to fill. Installer was friendly and worked with me so I could repair something on the dash while the windshield was out . Installation was good except for the fact that he used the wrong type of tape to hold my windshield wiper sensor to the windshield .
