I spoke with Tanya who said they would be coming to repair our glass or schedule a call and was rushed off the phone. I had to wait 4 weeks out. The week came and went and I waited patiently for a response and ... nothing. Then, I called and she was the one that answered the phone. She denied ever speaking to me or having my address on file, however I had written down date, time and name for who I had talked with. Poor customer service. I would not use this company. read more

After 3 trips (original plus and 2 revisions) to a big-box home improvement store that is way too far from our house for all that driving, my fiance finally decides (after I told him in a very ladylike fashion that I was through with this project) to look elsewhere for custom-cut glass top panels for some wood shelves we (he) wanted to build and requested some quotes. Spoiler: supporting local business is the way to go!!! Roadrunner's quote was about 50% cheaper than the others we received. Customer service was incredibly friendly and professional, and the order was completed in a few days. The glass fit perfectly atop those godforsaken shelves that we (he) dreamed up, and now we can step back and admire. They even sanded the edges for safety. This was my first experience with replacing leaking (foggy) double glazed glass. We had two foggy windows in a set of two, three pane windows that needed repair. Roadrunner came to our home for the estimate. I thought it was high until I had other estimates. Price seemed fair. I was amazed and pleased at the actual replacement process. The techs were very friendly, on time, professional and did a great job. My expectation was for a more involved and lengthy installation. I was pleasantly surprised. We placed an order for a glass door and one window replacement in January 2022. We were told it would be about 4 weeks for it to come in, no big deal. After several calls for an update on our order, we schedule for install in late March. His team was given the correct phone number to contact several times, however day of install the team calls the wrong number, they don't even ring our doorbell, and drive away when no one answered the call. When I called the office, the receptionist tells me she doesn't know what happened and Larry will have to call us back to reschedule. Why the receptionist can't schedule or do anything besides be a glorified answering machine for Larry blows my mind how this business is still functioning. Larry never called me back. A month and several unanswered calls goes by before we can schedule another time for them to do the work in April. When their team showed up they ran out of an item and couldn't complete the job that day. It was another month before the install was completely finished in late May. Took 5 months for them to order and install 1 glass door and 1 tiny bathroom window. I will never use them again due to lack of responsiveness, poor customer service, and clear disorganization. read more

This is how a business should be run. They are busy for a reason! I had 30 dual pane windows with an internal grid pattern that needed replacement. The windows/glass had been discontinued, but Larry and Jonathon went out of their way to find a perfect match. Other glass companies would not even try. I do not recommend Roadrunner Glass Co. I ordered 5 things from them. 1 out of 5 was correct! 2 large mirrors arrived without the bevel that I ordered! 1 mirror wasn't even the correct size!!! They didn't have the bracket that was ordered to hang another large mirror! At least they got the glass table top correct. Now I still need to wait for the replacement mirror that was measured wrong. I will never use Roadrunner Glass Co. again. Don't waste your time or money! The photos of the mirrors show the bad measurement and 1 of the 2 mirrors without the bevel. read more

Have used Roadrunner Glass on two occasions. The first to replace approx. 20 insulated window units where the original seals had failed. More recently, to replace a large unit damaged by a golf ball. However not good communication to the customer. When I placed my order I was told a 3-4 day turn around time. Took nearly 2 weeks AND I had to call and get updates on my order, nobody contacted me. The fact is that this company has a good reputation for a reason, they have been around for a long time and do great work. We had a shower removed and replaced it with frame-less glass. The quality and work was as expected. The complaint I have is with our sales person and the resolution of issues. The installers called me promptly at 7am before our apt scheduled at 7:30-8:30 to let me know they had a flat tire (these things happen) and needed to repair it at a tire shop. When they arrived they found out that one of the pieces of glass loaded was incorrect (these things happen, but probably shouldn't). They went back to the shop to get the correct piece and now it would 11:30 before any work began. I originally figured this would be done by 12 latest, based on the 2 hour scope of work they gave me at the estimate. I had an apt. for my own job at 1 pm, that should have been no problem, and could not be cancelled. I called our sales rep at Roadrunner Glass to tell him I had been pushed out and had to be somewhere at 1pm. His response was that they would not be done by 1 PM(due to their issues, not mine). His solution was that I could cancel the apt and get back on the schedule sometime next week. Not to reschedule that afternoon, or the next day, but just whenever they could do it. I was without a shower until this was done. They seemed more than happy to push me out to whenever the next most convenient time for them was.To be honest it's just the total lack of concern for the customer and my schedule that gets them a poor review here. This review is based on customer service and their total lack of concern if something goes wrong on their end. This review is not for poor workmanship and quality. Frankly, if you buy here and nothing goes sideways, your experience will probably be fine. I did not include the estimators name, as he is the weakest link at this company by far. read more

I researched windows and doors for months and received more estimates than I care to admit. I spoke with some companies that deal with proprietary windows/doors, but even with the independent installers, most wanted to sell me the ONE window they specialized in, which, invariably, was poor quality. Doug at Roadrunner listened to my concerns and made excellent recommendations. They work with multiple styles and brands, so I had several options to choose from. We chose two different manufacturers, one for the windows and another for the patio doors, and we LOVE them- it significantly improved the look and FEEL of the house. The service was phenomenal. The entire staff was very communicative at each step, and they are very professional. I highly recommend Roadrunner Glass! I had Roadrunner Glass replace all of my home's single pane windows with Milgard Tuscany vinyl double pane windows. The salesman, Doug Saunders was knowledgable and helpful. The craftsmen, Steve and Ruben were highly skilled, courteous and professional. They have worked together for over three years, and have over thirty years of window experience. I was a fussy customer who had more than several concerns and questions. These were all addressed courteously and well. I was informed in advance of several potential issues resulting from construction quirks in my home and from the increased thickness of the double paned windows. These issues were also resolved skillfully and completely. The installation is impeccable. Of special note is the caulking job. In addition to sealing the windows, a good caulking job minimizes dimensional problems and conceals building flaws around the windows. My home had both problems, but the crew took pains to make everything look perfect. In terms of value, I shopped for this window replacement for several months. I believe that I paid Roadrunner approximately $200.00 more than I would have paid the Big Box stores. The overall seamless experience of the project and the quality of the job more than compensated for the slight extra cost. I would definitely call on Roadrunner Glass again, and I will recommend them to anyone interested in getting a quality job at a fair price. read more

Paid the better part of $600 for a piece of glass from this business. Had to schedule and reschedule delivery 3 different times in two days because they kept trying to schedule delivery before finishing the edging. They sat with the edging undone for over 24 hours and continued to push the delivery back. We kindly asked them to stop scheduling the delivery of an UNFINISHED product. They did all of this knowing we had a 3 month old at home that I was trying to schedule the delivery around. I called, asked for a manager, left a message for Doug, he NEVER called me back. Then they called to get the second half of the payment and kindly gave me fifty dollars off of a $125 delivery fee? That's the value they place on their customers sitting around for over 24 hours with an infant to take in to consideration. Will never ever recommend this place to anyone. Oh, and STILL have yet to get a return call from the manager. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else for glass. read more
