Estimate was provided in timely manner, very professional people not pushy at all. I contacted another company and it was complete opposite. When I call the office I get the answering machine and no call backs. we finally decided to go with AZ xtreme and the entire process went very smooth from the time I paid our deposit a week later they called for scheduling to install and our end product was beautiful! And follow up with the final payment and received an email confirmation not one not two but 3 emails. They were truly on top of it and made sure all bases were covered. Thank you AZ Xtreme! Not very happy with this company. I paid them a total of $351.47 in November 2021, $166.47 for 3 beveled strips of mirror and $185 to install the mirror. Upon arrival and after looking at the mirror, the technician felt it would best be hung by using a french cleat rather than the clip that was originally quoted. I gathered there would be an additional charge, but the owner wanted to charge me an additional $185. When I asked why she was charging me another $185 she told me that the first $185 was for gluing the three pieces of mirror, really, how much can glue cost? When pressed, she told me she would refund me the $185 and not to ever call again. No problem of that ever happening. The technician that came to hang the mirror was a gentleman and a professional and it was because of him that I gave this company 2 stars. Have yet to be refunded despite the owner's same day response. I filed a dispute with my bank on 1/20/2022. read more

I had these guys out to install shower glass and they only used silicon around the whole glass panel, no hardware was used and I even explained to Nicky that safety should come before looks and hardware should be used! Nicky basically told me I was an idiot and he knew all the codes and laws for my area and that silicon would be just fine. Wouldn't you know it about 3 days later my grandma slipped and fell right into the glass and boom the whole panel fell and shattered everywhere, I contacted Nicky and all he did was block me! Very very disappointed with this company, filed a complaint with the BBB and everything, please steer clear of them and spend your money elsewhere! read more

I'd say middle of the road to a poor experience. Definitely not the attention to detail that I expected. Our original quote was fine, but they didn't get everything correct (hardware color). That's minor (but sadly it all added up as you will see). We had them do 2 shower doors. For the master, the door was installed and after the fact, I was told that the manufacturer omitted the coating. They offered to come to my home to apply it. I opted to have it removed vs applying it onsite at my home (oddly enough, friends that used them said that the same thing happened to them - 3 to be exact - seems like a cost saving tactic). I even got a mistake call from the office saying that the coating was omitted by the manufacturer (call was for another client, but they mistakenly called me). I'm suspicious. None the less, they removed the door, had the coating corrected and reinstalled it the following week. The other shower door was also problematic. Upon install, one of them broke (literally shattered into a million pieces). I think those things happen - either a defect or install issues. The clean up of the shattered glass was poorly done. Very obviously pieces were stuck to the caulking on the wall. After several weeks, I called to see when it would be replaced. They said that the manufacturer was not being responsive to them and that they were going to use another manufacturer. That prompted them to have to come out and remeasure. I was compensated with approximately a $100 discount (which was not communicated until later). Then on the day of install, they never showed up and I had to call to see what was going on. They rescheduled me for 3 hours later that day. Nice people, but a lot of missteps and a lot of effort on my part. By the time it came to pay my bill, I was plain out exhausted. Customer service was poor. Lots of blaming and lots of excuses. Not much ownership on their part. They were apologetic, but they definitely didn't own it. There are lots of choices in this space. I do not recommend AZ Xtreme Glass & Mirror. Update: they completed the final shower door installation on Friday 8/13. When the installer asked for payment, I said no. He did not leave an invoice and did not have any history. They also took final payment on the first door, so I was suspicious of the amount that he told me. On Monday 8/16, I talked to the office. I was given the details on the discount. I did not pay at that time due to needing to compare my quote to the invoice, but more importantly to ensure that I was not double charged. I don't think they processed the payment. On Tuesday (8/17), I paid the bill in full and Wednesday I received a notice of Lien filed on 8/16. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY COME ACROSS AS INEXPERIENCED. read more

Had to replace the glass in one of my patio doors. First went to Home Depot, and they said that they would have to replace the entire patio door, for a price of close to $2300, which I agreed to. They then called back, and said they made a mistake and instead it would be closer to $2700 (due to quoting the wrong size of my doors). I told them that was a little to much $ for me, and went on-line to see if someone could just fix the glass that was broken (one of the panes broke on a two pane sliding door). Found AZ Xtreme Glass on line, and saw that they were located close to where I lived. Sent them an e-mail and they got back to me right away, with an estimate. They then sent someone over the next day to take measurments and take a deposit. Person who came over was courteous and knowledgeable. They asked for a check for deposit, and said it was to avoid the credit card fees. At first I thought is was a little strange, and was worried that they could just cash the check and I would never hear from them again. That was not the case at all, as they ordered the glass, and did the install a few days later. Very happy with their work, and pricing. Extremely friendly and courteous. I am extremely pleased with the work and support from AZ Xtreme Glass. I went to AZ Xtreme glass when I was researching shower enclosures ahead of a bathroom remodel. I did all the remodeling work except counter tops and shower glass and it was my first time. We went to their offices, just off I-10 and Chandler and Nick (the owner) spent a lot of time with us discussion design options and understanding our project. He then asked me a crucial question: "Was I planning to put a 2x6 in the wall to support the shower door?". Well I wasn't. But thanks to Nick I did and now have a sound design. He also gave me a lot of information about offsets and spacing that enabled me to complete my design. Then the shower pan arrived and the configuration was not what I expected. Bill at AZ Xtreme worked with me to ensure there was s design/configuration that worked before I went ahead with the shower install. When the time came to install the glass, the team arrived on time and did a great job. However, there was a small fit problem with one of the pieces . Don't know whether it was a problem with the measurement of the manufacture. The installers did their best but it just wasn't right. Two hours later, without me having to bug them, AZ Xtreme called me to tell me they had re-ordered the panel and would have it fixed within the week. (we were able to use the shower in the interim) One week later the shower is now complete and looks great. I would heartily recommend AZ Xtreme glass. Great pre-order support, great installation and great post-installation support. I do not know how any company could do a better job than they did. read more

By far the most polite, customer service oriented contractor I have dealt with on my bathroom remodel. They do a quality job, show up when they say they will and only deal with quality products. I am extremely happy with the end results. They redid the glass for my walk in shower and cut custom beveled mirrors for my vanity, installed both, and it looks amazing. They spent the time to help determine the right size of the mirrors and the bevel and were right on. Lastly, there was concern about there not being a lip on the step out of the shower so they offered to install a brushed metal (matching the rest of the bathroom's trim) "bump" as an added measure to make sure water stayed where it belongs. They did it as a complimentary gesture and it was much appreciated.I would hit them again in a second. If there was any constructive criticism at all, I would have liked it if there was not a service charge for using a credit card. BUT, I will say it was my choice to do so -- I could have paid by cash or check and saved the fee. read more

Very pleased with the results. They replaced a large dual pain window in an upstairs family room. It was a tricky install with them having to walk on a clay tile roof. I was nervous about lots of tiles being cracked. They sent a crew of 3 to do the install and were extremely careful on the tile roof. Only 1 tile was broken and that's not bad at all! I'm a little bit of a research freak before I hire anyone, and I find Yelp to be one of the best resources to find vendors. I actually took the top 5 highest rated Glass companies in Yelp and got quotes from each. Bill was professional and helpful with answering questions I had. I knew what I wanted just not exactly sure what I needed. Bill was good at walking me through my options AND his quote was very reasonable as well. His team came out as promised and did an on site measurement, ordered the glass and came back out for installation. They all had very timely arrivals and I appreciated their advance notice when they were on their way, and how professional and so friendly all of them were. Honestly, the only reason why I didn't rate them a 5 was because I had to have them come back out due to a very small leak around one of the clips. But even then when I called, they were on top of it and came out fairly quickly and once again did not disappoint. I ordered a glass top for my computer desk. I brought the glass home and set it on my desk without incident. Two days later, I gently rested my hand on it as I was getting up from my desk chair and the glass cracked! The glass was slightly bowed & therefore, did not rest level on the desk causing the crack. When I contacted the company they accused me of "sitting" on the glass and also of banging the glass into something. The owner also told me "there is no such thing as a defective product" and further demanded that my desk and flooring were uneven (and not their glass) even though I sent them a picture of my desk with a level on it measuring perfectly level. I have never heard of a business owner accusing and insulting their customer without offering any type of resolution except that I could repurchase a new piece of glass from them at my expense. What?? The ONLY thing "xtreme" about this company is their xtreme unprofessionalism, xtreme lack of concern for their products and customers, and their xtreme disrespect and discourteous behavior towards their customers. *UPDATE: The company has replaced the glass with the thicker 1 inch original thickness and waiving the installation fees, in addition to a full refund. ORIGINAL REVIEW: We just had our front window installed (after a three week delay due to errors in the order) and it was the wrong size. They ground it down and put it in. We were very patient throughout this whole process. However, the installers left without the vinyl window seal lining up correctly - large gaps all the way around the inside and outside of the window (able to easily slide a nickel around in the gaps). When we called to have this fixed we were laughed at by Nick and treated very badly over the phone. After being in contact with the main office, we were informed that Nick was the owner! It was worked out that Nick would come by the house - look it over - and fix the issues. Upon arriving he apologized for his inappropriate behavior over the phone stating is was due to the "day he was having". He looked over the window and came to the conclusion that it was our vinyl frame because they took out 1 inch glass and only installed 7/8 inch glass. Unfortunately he also said these things with a very strong attitude and even stated I was being unreasonable. Later the office called and very kindly refunded us the cost of the window. read more
