When they finally followed my contractors instructions. There was a leak from the toilet not being seated correctly. Completely destroyed my renovation in my living room. Their plumbers are inexperienced and one of the plumbers would not respond and ignored my queries. To the point that I had to demand an response in an angry matter. They were careful to protect my floors while transferring the old equipment and installing the new units. They were on time, polite and worked through the oppressive heat and air pollution we experienced today. I was especially pleased that they solved a few cosmetic details that I had concerns about.
