Communication and scheduling have been extremely frustrating to deal with. I do not understand how working individuals are expected to attend appointments when the only available times are consistently 10:00 AM or 2:00 PM. Those are both during the middle of a normal workday and are highly unrealistic for people with full-time jobs and professional responsibilities. Many employees cannot simply leave work whenever they choose. In positions that require coverage, taking time off involves advance planning and finding someone to cover responsibilities. Offering such limited scheduling options shows very little consideration for working professionals and creates unnecessary difficulty for people who are genuinely trying to cooperate and attend appointments. read more

Very good experience finding out about optional face mask equipment and heated tube options for the first time for my Resmed CPAP equipment. Both of these options helped eliminate my cotton mouth issue I have been living with since inception. My service representative also explained how to manually adjust my machine to provide more moisture during different seasons. I highly endorse this company for providing you with CPAP supplies. It took a month of persistent calling to get someone to get my CPAP. The problem in a name is Pat. She made us excuse after excuse why she hadn't gotten the job done. While she was out for 2 weeks I was told no one did her job in her stead. Ridiculous. I left messages for the president or manager of the company and received no response. It took going around Pat to finally get approval. She was consistently rude and lazy. I have been needing supplies which this company is supposed to handle and was told the insurance hadn't approved it. I called Cigna and was told they had approved it. While I was on the line the representative called Reliable and spoke to Pat. When he came back on the line he said Pat told him five times that it wasn't their responsibility and ended up swearing at him. The insurance company assured me it is their job. If your doctor recommends this company just ask for another referral. It will save you a lot of headache. This company is unprofessional and poorly run. read more

Even though their clients are mostly elderly (which I am) they would not let me use the bathroom. I had to leave and drive a mile down the road in the middle of my appointment to find a restroom and then drive back again. read more

Very disappointed with the service of this company. My sleep study was done over 3 months ago and I had to call to get someone's attention for a CPAP machine. I was even called by the boss and told I would be getting a call back the next day about my order and that never happened. So I had to call again the following week and spoke with a lady named Stacey. She told me that they had just put the order through my insurance a week prior!! Completely unacceptable and disrespectful. No one is held responsible for not returning messages and customer service is awful. The company should be renamed UNreliable Medical Equipment. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

It took two months of my calling them after my sleep study was completed for them to get a CPAP from them. I have had three masks and none of them have been fitted properly. After the first one the technician just handed me a new mask and didn't even try to see if it would fit. I have to leave several messages before she will return my call. She doesn't like her job and doesn't like to work through problems. My case is very mild. If you have an extreme case of sleep apnea, go to another provider. read more

A year ago, I was set up with CPAP and O2 concentrator, and was told by their rep, Amanda, that the machines would be paid off in 13 months, to which I gave them my Amex number to pay a monthly fee. I noticed that my March statement has a $217 additional charge. When speaking with their rep, she told me that it was for the O2 machine, and that the insurance company wouldn't pay them because I didn't have a doctors note for extended care, and that charge BC/BS for five years as a rental. Well my follow up drs appointment is not until June. Since I never authorized the charge, she said I had to call the local office to straighten out the billing. In calling someone in billing, I was informed that they have been billing the insurance company for $400 a month, and since I didn't meet the deductible yet for 2019, that is why the $217 charge. I was told that I was responsible for the $400 a month, and they would just charge my AMEX. The only thing thing I signed for was the CPAP, and that document has that I must be notified for approval of any additional charges. I told her to come pick up the machine. Amazon sells a similar 5L Oxygen Home Concentrator for around $650. I now know why insurance premiums are so high, due to companies like AeroCare... Beware of your credit card charges if you decide to use them. read more
