It also tripped the circuit breaker in my garage and we had to manually open the door. I do recommend this company but with some guidelines: First, don't let the driver talk you into using your power because their generator is too loud. It wasn't loud the first time. If there's no AC or music, call the company and ask how to resolve the problem. Had I known we would have disconnected our power and turned on their generator. The first driver we got was amazing, the one we got this time was lacking. They were late to pick up the trailer and when I called the driver back he said he'd been released for the night and to call the owner. Luckily the problem was resolved quickly and a different driver came to pick up the trailer. Lastly, the toilet in the ladies room was leaking. I do like their service and I do recommend them but next time I know what to watch out for.

The first female Arcadia City inspector complemented the quality of Nolasco's work. This is a family business since 2008 with efficient technical work by Aidan, Juan, Francisco & Luigi. The use of a pressure regulator Francisco discovered a low reading that was corrected by replacing the old one...to protect pipes at risk. I would highly recommend Nolasco for other single family homes in need of repair and maintenance. They also applied for the permits required and patiently answered my questions. The old waterheater was removed and discarded too. It is a big relief to have this work done well with strong customer service. I would recommend Nolasco to other Seniors who might struggle with experience in plumbing.

He quickly told me he was going to call his boss, Albert Diaz, for further guidance. After the call, he came back and began checking other faucets, but still only inspected one bathroom, even though the two bathrooms back up to each other. He gave me estimates for a couple of options he recommended. Because of how long the work would take, and because he had arrived late, I told him I would reschedule. Shortly afterward, I received a call from Albert Diaz asking what had happened. I explained my interaction with his plumber and told him that I felt the plumber was guessing and that I didn't feel confident or reassured by his diagnosis. Albert apologized and explained that the plumber was new and that he would work on additional training with him. I genuinely appreciated his response because I was simply providing honest feedback about my experience. The conversation changed when I began clarifying the estimates I had been given. It turned out that the plumber had mixed up the quotes, so I was trying to make sure I correctly understood the pricing. I asked, "Just to clarify, it's $500 just to run the camera through the toilet?" My intention was simply to confirm what the $500 charge covered--not to minimize the work or suggest that it wasn't worth the price. Albert appeared to take offense specifically to my use of the word "just," as though I was downplaying the service. That was not my intention at all, and I attempted to explain that I was only confirming the pricing, especially since I had already been given incorrect information. After that, Albert asked who had referred me to him and then told me that he would not be providing any services to me. I found the way the situation was handled extremely unprofessional. As a customer, I should be able to ask questions and clarify an estimate--especially after receiving conflicting pricing--without the owner becoming offended or refusing service. I was initially appreciative of Albert's willingness to listen to my feedback and address the training issue, but unfortunately, the way the conversation ended completely changed my impression of the company. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this company based on the customer service I received.

Our septic tank was not right until they came and were able to fix it. The septic tank had to be cleaned out and videoed. What was their discovery? Our septic tank had only one 24"cover . This cover was not heavy duty either. The 4" clean outs were only 3"clean outs. Nothing was right. Also discovered was that our sewage pit had collapsed! We had to drill, hand dig and put in a new sewage pit and connect it up to our septic tank. Now our septic system is complete and certified. This represents a ton of hard work to be accomplished during very hot weather. It took almost 7 days to complete our job. This was hard and very tedious work. But Felix and his crew are always up for the task. They do work very hard. I can tell you that Craftsman Sewers are honest, they communicate to you well and they do not leave you in the dark. You will know about your septic system with them. They do keep things as clean as they can. This is not easy to do. They even hand watered areas to keep the dust down for us. It was a true pleasure to have Felix and the Craftsman Sewers crew at our home. This was a once in a lifetime experience. Does this cost money? Yes it does. But are they worth it?
