I really appreciated that he gave me several options to consider instead of pressuring me into one solution. What impressed me most was how clearly he explained everything. Since I know very little about how HVAC systems work, he broke it down in a way that was easy to understand--almost like he was teaching an elementary school student, but in the best way possible. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. Thank you, All City, for sending someone with Sky's expertise and valueto my home. He's a true asset to your team, and I highly recommend both him and All City!

Jonathan came out and confirmed that that was indeed true. Everything seemed to be going well. Jonathan was very friendly and polite. When it came time for the estimate, he told me it was going to be just under $3,000. That seemed like quite a lot to me for just changing out a blower motor and a capacitor. He also told me that my Rheem furnace couldn't take just any old blower motor and he had to order one special. He said that his company doesn't deal with Rheem because their parts are hard to get. I reluctantly agreed to the repair, which he said would probably take place the next day. Later, he called and said the part wasn't going to arrive for a whole week. This was during one of the hottest weeks of the year in Southern California and I certainly didn't want to be without air conditioning, which runs through my furnace and needs the blower motor. I asked him what my other options were. He told me the only other option I had was to get a whole new system. He explained that he could install the system in only 2 days time or I could wait a whole week and have him repair the blower motor. He also mentioned a 10 year warranty with 1 or 2 years of service from his company. I asked him about the brand and quality of the Furnace that he intended on selling me, which was going to be almost $8,000. He told me it was better than my current system brand and I asked to get it in writing so I could do some research. After not receiving anything in writing I called his company and requested the same thing from them. Shortly after the conversation with his company I received an email specifying the make and model of the new furnace. I researched online and discovered a few interesting things. Number one, Jonathan had lied to me about Rheem parts. I found out from my online research that Reem takes Universal parts and I would not have had to wait until the next week to receive a blower motor that would fit. I also discovered that blower motors and capacitors cost nowhere near $3,000 to install. And finally, the brand of the new furnace that was recommended by Jonathan was nowhere near the quality of the Rheem furnace that I already owned. I canceled the job immediately with the company and again with Jonathan when he called me to find out what was going on. I am still waiting for my refund on the deposit! My contractor friend and I went to an HVAC store and purchased a universal blower motor and capacitor for $180... and installed it ourselves in a couple hours. The system is working perfectly. I don't recommend this business at all. I'm completely confused on why they have such a good rating on Yelp, which is why I picked them to begin with. This was a clear case of trying to take advantage of an old lady in a wealthy neighborhood. Shame on them!! Update: I received a full refund of my deposit and the service fee was completely waived. I got a nice apology from the owner and a manager.

He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to break everything down into easy-to-understand steps, and went above and beyond to solve our water issue. He even taught me how to handle a few small fixes myself that he could have easily charged extra for, and he made my family feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. What blew us away was the level of care his team showed to our property. After trenching and digging, our front yard looked like nothing had even happened. My wife loves her garden, and she was so happy to see how much attention and care were put into protecting her plants while they worked. Incredible service, competitive pricing, and top-notch customer care. I'm so relieved to finally have a trustworthy plumber I can rely on!

Their team was efficient, knowledgeable, and completed the work exactly as promised. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and cleanup. Anyone who has had plumbing work done knows that it can sometimes leave quite a mess behind. Jetline Plumbing took the extra step to make sure there was little to no debris left in our yard and that there was virtually no evidence that major plumbing work had even taken place. (repiping of the entire house) They kept us informed throughout the process, honored their commitments regarding cost and timeline, and made sure we were completely satisfied before considering the job finished. In today's world, it's refreshing to work with a company that truly delivers on its promises. Promises made, promises kept. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and would not hesitate to use Jetline Plumbing again or recommend them to family and friends. Thank you, Steven and the rest of the Jetline Plumbing team, for your exceptional service!

This happened around 6am, I reached out at 8:30am, and Kyle arrived at 10:30am. Our technician, Kyle, was incredible. He drew clear diagrams to help me understand exactly why a snake couldn't clear it. He quickly provided an estimate to replace the fitting with a modern bullhorn design to eliminate future issues, and also noticed our downstairs toilet wax ring needed replacement. While I initially considered replacing the wax ring myself after researching it, I am so glad I left it to the professionals. The toilet weighed nearly 100 lbs and the floor bolts were severely rusted. Kyle gracefully applied a discount to the overall package that helped soften the blow. The best part was the incredible timeline: he provided the estimate and got the entire job done the SAME DAY. In a house with four people and no running water, this rapid response was an absolute lifesaver. Kyle began the work immediately and was very respectful of our property. He communicated with me every step of the way, showing me the problems and explaining his solutions. He dug out the clogged fitting, replaced it, backfilled the hole, and finished by resetting the toilet. By 7pm that very evening, our plumbing was fully restored! Kyle was kind, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Thank you from a very relieved family in a 50-year-old Anaheim home!

When the plumber arrived, I walked him through the problem. He didn't seem to do much troubleshooting and appeared to be guessing what the issue might be rather than thoroughly checking. He quickly told me he was going to call his boss, Albert Diaz, for further guidance. After the call, he came back and began checking other faucets, but still only inspected one bathroom, even though the two bathrooms back up to each other. He gave me estimates for a couple of options he recommended. Because of how long the work would take, and because he had arrived late, I told him I would reschedule. Shortly afterward, I received a call from Albert Diaz asking what had happened. I explained my interaction with his plumber and told him that I felt the plumber was guessing and that I didn't feel confident or reassured by his diagnosis. Albert apologized and explained that the plumber was new and that he would work on additional training with him. I genuinely appreciated his response because I was simply providing honest feedback about my experience. The conversation changed when I began clarifying the estimates I had been given. It turned out that the plumber had mixed up the quotes, so I was trying to make sure I correctly understood the pricing. I asked, "Just to clarify, it's $500 just to run the camera through the toilet?" My intention was simply to confirm what the $500 charge covered--not to minimize the work or suggest that it wasn't worth the price. Albert appeared to take offense specifically to my use of the word "just," as though I was downplaying the service. That was not my intention at all, and I attempted to explain that I was only confirming the pricing, especially since I had already been given incorrect information. After that, Albert asked who had referred me to him and then told me that he would not be providing any services to me. I found the way the situation was handled extremely unprofessional. As a customer, I should be able to ask questions and clarify an estimate--especially after receiving conflicting pricing--without the owner becoming offended or refusing service. I was initially appreciative of Albert's willingness to listen to my feedback and address the training issue, but unfortunately, the way the conversation ended completely changed my impression of the company. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this company based on the customer service I received.
