His service was above and beyond my expectations! He managed to get power to the car to release the CD, get the mileage reading and let me know that we'd missed some things when we cleaned it out. Then I get my credit card bill and there is $7.68 more than my bill given to me. They state it was "a credit card fee" also again not told at time of service. I have used K&R in the past and they waived the towing bill and took the title of the car. LKM still took the title of my car and I had to pay another $256 in addition vs having it towed to a scrap yard which would have cost me more. I will request K&R from now on. By the way they are on the same property which makes this even more frustrating.

According to the guy the smell was a leak on the flex pipe exhaust pipe. So an exhaust leak is producing a gas smell in the garage after we run the car. He stopped multiple times because the front tires on my husband's truck were turning, to straighten them and try to keep them that way. Immediately after the tow (we got the truck back on the road the same day), it was evident that the alignment had been screwed up. The truck pulls terribly. My husband had estimates done regarding the damage & he's turned them in to this company. Whomever is in charge of compensating when they've damaged a vehicle won't even call my husband back. I definitely do not recommend anyone use this company!
