This is a run of the mill tire shop. They have been in business a long time, and it shows. They do exemplary work, and they do it quickly. However, they aren't the most warm people. I can imagine someone less familiar with the car world would feel very uncomfortable, and would rather take their vehicle somewhere less knowledgeable and more friendly. The woman who is there is nice, but the mechanics are tough guys who don't even crack a smile. I would recommend this place to some, but I wouldn't recommend it to everyone. read more

Spoke with Brian earlier today over the phone about a 4 wheel alignment for my husbands chevy avalanche truck as we got four new Michelin tires. We needed the alignment asap so it don't mess up the tires. He told me that I do not need a 4 wheel alignment but rather only a 2 wheel. I called back later today to see if I could bring it in and a lady said no that they were all booked today that I could go in next week. Today was the only time I had to take it in and unfortunately I took it to brake masters and I totally regret it and wish we just waited. As I was driving home from brake masters I let my hands go off steering wheel and it was pulling really bad to the right. The truck was not much off in the beginning I would have been better off leaving it how it was, and now I have to go back and hope they fix it right this time. Maybe they will give our money back and I will come here to reliable tires. read more

Not much I can say but that Mike did a quick job in changing my oil and was able to accommodate me bringing my own oil and filter. Reliable, Honest and Great Customer Service. I don't know anything about cars and as a female sometimes people try to take advantage of that, but I've never felt like that here. I've been coming to Reliable Tires for years. Today, I went in for an oil change and my free tire rotation. They will rotate your tires for free as long as you purchase your tires there. I mentioned to Mike (I believe he's the owner) that the battery in my key wasn't working properly so when he had to lock my vehicle,for whatever reason, he could lock it manually. Not thinking anything of it, when I picked up my vehicle he also took care of the key for us. read more

The Honda dealership did a repair on the electrical system of our Accord. They mentioned that we needed new brakes and stressed to us that it was pretty urgent. We declined having Honda do the brakes because we usually have that done at Reliable Tire. We took it in to Mike and Brian at Reliable today and after checking it out, they called to tell us that the brakes were fine and we have plenty of life left in them. I'm so thankful for their honesty and am disgusted with Honda! So appreciate their integrity and will always be a loyal customer! read more

I have had EXCELLENT service from Reliable in the past and Saturday morning my front CV joint/axle broke, Called them to see if I could get it dropped off there so they could fix it this coming week and they said to bring it in. Dropped it off a little before 11:00 a.m. and they called me at 1:00 to tell me it was ready. I thought I would be without a car for at least a few days but they got me back on the road and at a more than reasonable price.
