We had a very shaky toilet that another plumber "fixed" 5 months prior. Mike got down to the bottom of the problem and gave me updates on what he was finding every step of the way. There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish. Our flange was rotted and Mike removed the broken flange put in a new flange set in concrete. He put in a new toilet and sealed it with silicone. I sent photos of my issues to Rick the manager. (My house is old from the 1930s and very tricky). Rick sent Daniel, a highly experienced pro plumber. I showed Daniel what needed to be done. New faucet for the kitchen and I also needed a new master valve for the water coming in to the house along with replacing some additional old valves in the basement. Usually my husband is our plumber but these pipes burst inside the wall. I called a bunch of 24 hour emergency plumbers - Mike from All The Way Plumbing not only answered but he got to my house in under a half hour, right from another job he had just finished up. He repaired the pipes and explained to my husband and I what to do to prevent it from happening again. His fee was also very reasonable only $300 and change.
