If I could rate ZERO I would, Every single employee of this druggie pill mill is incompetent. From the toilet scrubbers to the DOCTORS. NO ONE cares about the patient, no one cares about how bad the patients are treated by the staff. The Doctors don't know how to do the procedures. The Doctors don't know how to properly document charts so that future procedures will be approved. The scheduling staff is ignorant and barely speaks. The VP of Operations Dierdre is just a lady who doesn't know medicine and she calls patients to pretend to "listen" and then just lies to you. DR Manabat does not properly document charts so that my next procedure did not get approved by insurance. My pain level is intolerable. She is just a corporate robot with no medical freedom. Another incompetent Dr, don't know her name, refused to perform a scheduled test on me because she claimed she did not know certain medical info about me. IT IS CLEARLY IN MY CHART, if she didn't know, she didn't read!!!. I drove 45 minutes EACH way to get this test and she refused!! They rescheduled me with a REAL Dr. the next day, who had no idea why the other Dr would not have done the test. Let it also be said that the first DR who refused to do the test also FORCED me to wear a mask, even though NO ONE ELSE in the entire office was wearing one EXCEPT FOR HER!!! A doctor who does not know science!! The scheduling "lady," Laney or Lamay or something like that should be arrested. SHE INTENTIALLY BLOCKED 2 OF MY NUMBERS so that I was instantly put on eternal hold!! I would get arrested if I saw this thing in public after what IT did to me. She sounded illiterate or drugged in my opinion. I would RUN as fast as possible from this incompetent insane asylum. Especially the Vineland, Sewell, and Woodbury NJ offices, they are the worst. I have been going to Relievius and when I first started going there I would have pain to the point it caused my blood pressure to shoot up to dangerous levels. I was having numbness in my legs. My legs were giving out. They did NOT just start giving me pills for pain. They did injections which I was responding too, but for me was it long term affects, but it was helping. Then I did a spinal block which also I responded too and pasted a little longer. I was placed in aqua therapy and graduated up to land therapy. Each time with better results for pain, but it was not fixing the legs giving out. Then Dr purewal put in this spacer (I keep forgetting the medical term for the device. The photo shows me walking around the yard without my legs giving out. I still was having days of pain so was put on cymbalta to get nerve regeneration going. I did another block. Once I hit the one year mark from the spacer I then became eligible to have the spinal cord stimulator placed in me. This was placed to help with the pain and numbness. I am getting to the point that I do have fewer pain days and days with numbness. The staff here at relievus have been kind and encouraging in helping me drive to walk and not be afraid I will fall. They have actually helped me without just saying here's a pill for the symptoms. Was this stuff done within just a week or two? No it was a slow and steady improvement with commitment and caring from their staff at Relievus. They have accomplished more in this time than any other doctor since 2006 injury. I am a patient of Dr. Robert Todd Rinnier. I have been with Relievus since February 2015. Dr. Rinnier is a professional. He is knowledgeable, and informational-meaning he has established relationships with qualified specialist for other alternative care like surgery. As a pain management specialist, Dr. Rinnier is one of the friendliest doctors practicing medicine in the State of New Jersey. What I had learned after receiving epidural injects that no longer could control pain, back surgery was necessary. Knowledge is power and when a person has had two and three back surgeries, is surgery a cure all? I have been experiencing headaches before surgery, but the headaches had worsened after cervical surgery. On Dec 12, 2017 Dr. Rinnier preformed a new technique called the sphenopalantine (SPG) block. The procedure is performed by inserting a Q-Tip in each nostril. Numbing medicine is applied making the procedure very comfortable for the patient. Once the Q-Tips rest on the palate, medicine is applied in each nostril. In my case the pain recedes to the mental plates and screws used in spinal fusion to stabilize the spine. The first (SPG) block stopped the headaches for 6 weeks. I had a second treatment on February 20, 2018. The treatment enables me to get out the bed without head pain. I have been going to Relievus for approximately 2 years and I have never had such commitment and compassion from a doctor like Dr. Rinnier. There are not many doctors as dedicated to his patients as he is. Dr. Rinnier truly listens to you and is deeply concerned about your pain. He doesn't give you a bunch of medication to mask your pain, he wants to get to the problem of what is causing your discomfort. I have never met a doctor that takes his time with you as he does. Especially for "older patients ". Most doctors just totally disregard you because of your age but not Dr. Rinnier he really cares! I recently saw one of the "top doc" at Jefferson and because nothing was showing up on the MRI he thought I was crazy! When I saw Dr. Rinnier he knew exactly what it was I received an epidural and I am almost pain free! I trust him completely. He's young but he really is educated and knows what he is doing. This so called pain management medical practice cares more about profits than the well being of their patients. They make sure to get a urine sample each and every visit from their patients so they can profit off of it. Then when you see the practitioner they will discharge their patients for substances they claim are in their untimely that their patients don't even use or consume. As long as they can make money off of their patients they will continue to see them, but when a patient maxes out the number of epidurals, facets, and nerve burnings they can receive they no longer have a cash cow for a patient and make up excuses as to why they need to discharge them. Also, they gradually increased my medication for years and without any notice cut it down by nearly 200%, which caused me severe pain. Any other pain management doctor or office would most likely have their patients health as a primary concern and be my recommendation compared to this 'profit first-patients health second' so called medical practice. Dr.Robert Rinnier by far is the most Exceptional doctor I have ever met! HE TRULY CARES & Listens to your problem. He is not quick to medicate or do a procedure on you he wants "fix what is wrong with you so you are out of pain" I went to several specialists for a problem with my tailbone, since nothing was coming up on the MRI the "specialist from Jefferson" thought I was crazy. This is the best pain specialist office I have ever been to. The waiting room is spacious with comfortable seating (which is a necessity for those experiencing pain). They offer a wide variety of complementary drinks, tea, hot chocolate, cold water, and several different kinds of coffee. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, willing to answer any and all questions you might have. There is a very minimal wait time (if any at all) to see the doctor. I'm treated for cervical and back pain by Dr Young Lee. After suffering severe pain for many years Dr Lee has treated my pain effectively with medications and cortisone shots. I wouldn't trust anyone else to put shots in my spine. Dr Lee expertly gave me a nerve block right in his office as well as many shots in my neck,hip and lower back at various times.
