My only negative is the large amount of games without original packaging on the shelves. A couple of sections were a sea of white with hand written names. It feels like a lot of filler and not a pleasant browsing experience.

We walked in the front door and there were groups of people playing board games and video games. Not a single person looked up to greet us, or even acknowledge us. They continued to play their games and ignored us. We stood there for a few minutes waiting to see if anyone would even LOOK in our direction to no avail. We looked around, didn't see many board games for sale, still not a single person said hello. I looked at him, he looked at me, and we promptly left. I will never go here again. I have never in my life walked into a game store and felt so unwelcome! It's great to have a place to play games and all that jazz, but I really think the employees should be able to stop playing a game for a moment and work on at least saying hello to their customers... I would rather travel over to Queen Anne or Greenwood.. Or heck, REDMOND if I have to for a look at their board games/card games. Save yourself the awkward trip and go elsewhere.

However the store is very spacious so we never had to worry about bumping into others which is nice. The store is organized very well and clean, not just cluttered or throw everywhere. They have so much to look at besides just games too. They had plushies, blind boxes, vinyl soundtracks, and more. The back of the store had plenty of pinball machines, basketball machine, and other fun arcade games too. The prices are generally good as they do have a lot of older games. This Texas girl was happy to be back here as I found some really great gems while digging here. Pricing here is fair but I was not expecting to really come under what I wanted to spend here because I was able to find a few albums I had on my Discogs Want List at half price. One of the records I was able to find was an early 1990's copy of a Beastie Boys LP. I held on to that record so tight as I continued my browsing. I was able to walk out with an early pressing of Pacific Northwesterners / riot grrl band Sleater-Kinney. I took so good care of these records as I flew back with them to bring them home with me to Austin. Staff here was friendly and super cool. I saw several people come in to sell things and they navigated that sale with checking me out super efficiently. The area was cool to hop around too. Thanks for the fun browsing! I will definitely be back when I am back up this way again.
