She helped guide us through decisions like linen colors and managed all of our guests' dietary needs with care, including accommodating gluten-free guests and a bridal party member with severe food allergies. Our venue was fairly remote (Blairsville, North Georgia), with a limited selection of vendors. We found Jitterbug online, and ordered an arbor, 60 fruitwood padded folding chairs, and a backup speaker system for the band. We also ordered chair setup and teardown (with delivery the day before the wedding and pickup the day after). The guys were friendly, showed up early, and worked fast. I'm not sure what the deal is with the negative reviews on here, because I, at least, had an excellent experience working with Jitterbug. I highly recommend and will be using them again the next time we're in Blairsville.

On the big day DJ Triplicate arrived early and assembled all of his equipment, he carried through our plans and worked to make sure that everything we wanted music wise was covered. When they had chairs we ordered available, they lied saying that they overbooked them saying that the chairs went to some other event. Wedding ceremony started on Saturday at 4pm. The chairs were scheduled to come and be set up by Friday (the day before the wedding) evening. But the chairs did not come until 4:30 PM ON SATURDAY, THE DAY OF THE WEDDING. The guests walked in when there were no where to sit. The guests had to set up the chairs so the ceremony can hurry and begin. Can you believe that? The chairs came past the ceremony time. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Thus we asked for full refund, but the company ignored our phone calls and voicemails of complaints. He did not even call back later. Do not ever do business with these guys. The butter chicken was delicious and cooked perfectly (albeit some of the spiciest i've had so beware) and the mango lassi was great. HOWEVER, what is of utmost disappointment is the fact the naan is quite literally just the frozen/shelf bought naan you get at the store. You can tell they just open it, toss it in a microwave, and serve it. Fresh, homemade naan is a highlight of good indian food and for the price that's a huge letdown. The portions could also be better for the price point. We ended up paying over $70 after tip for two people (two entrees, a drink, and two naans each because it was just one store bought piece every order torn in half). I've had twice the food for half that price elsewhere. In summary, this place has potential and some grace is to be given since it's not solely a restaurant. The service is excellent and ambiance fine. However, the price, portion, and manufactured naan knocks it down a level. Give it a try.
