They're usually not very busy so I can be in & out in 2 minutes. Tonight I realized there was not enough milk for dinner, let alone breakfast tomorrow, so I hoped down there and grabbed a half gallon. When I opened it for dinner it came out like paint, and smelled so bad I almost puked. So much for dinner. I returned to the store and didn't even get an apology. And they did not have another half-gallon, only a gallon for which the guy wanted to charge me full price (like my time for the return trip wasn't of any value). Now I know why they're never busy. I can't believe they're willing to lose a customer for $2. Went across the street to the Arco and they were less expensive AND had fresher milk

I'm fairly new to the area, and being that this was so close to my home, I frequent it more often than others. The family seems friendly, but I especially favor the father. He always greets me, lets me know when my specific candy I like is in stock, or my daughters dip'n'dots. He remembers what I buy, and when he sees me.. and he always asks how I'm doing. Just a regular convenience mart, but to to prefer one place above all else gives u a warm, welcoming, homey feeling. It definitely gives me my hometown fix when I'm Missing home, because he reminds me that someone's paying attention. 5 star:

We called a few places that we had used in the past, but they couldn't come out for several days. A friend of mine recommended Good Guys, so we reached out to them. Thankfully, they were able to come out the next day! Jason was our service technician. He was prompt and polite. He quickly found the problem and got to work making the necessary repairs. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Within an hour our unit was up and running again! We will definitely be using Good Guys whenever we need any heating and air repairs.

We called yesterday morning when we noticed our AC was not kicking on and they were able to get a tech out today! Butch arrived on time and was friendly as could be. He wasted no time jumping in and trying to diagnose the problem. He went through everything he could think of, figured it out, and advised us of best solutions. We never felt pressured or unsure of the decisions we were making. He also pointed out things to keep an eye on, as they appeared to be going bad or outdated, but again, never once did he push for us to buy or do anything now. He was also honest with us about replacing the unit altogether (yes, you're thinking he wants us to spend the money and they make it), but the unit is 32 years old with a life expectancy of 20, soo he's not wrong. Beyond suggesting a new unit he priced out different components that we could replace, as we wanted to, in order to squeeze as much life out as we could. We were already considering replacing, so he helped us set up a no obligation consultation later this week. And honestly, if not for the service and respect we've been shown, we'd consider shopping around more, but this family owned company has earned our business and trust for years to come! If you need service or repairs, do not hesitate to reach out and use Good Guys, because they truly are: Good Guys!
