Remedies Parlor is a whimsical dream of a bar and store. The words Provisions, Notions and Potions is painted on the exterior above the entrance. String lights hang from the window that looks out to the road. The store sells crystals, essential oils, jewelry, candles, antiques and much more. Two notable things about the interior design is there is a cool corner that has oil paintings hanging above a vintage couch and a there is a big bird cage that is prominently displayed in the center on a wooden table with plants and moss coming out of it. At the end of the store is a bar where store owners Tony and Tonya greeted us. You can order either by the glass or the bottle. Once you get your drink of choice (they sell non alcoholic beverages as well), you make your way out to the best part - the outdoor patio. The patio reminds me of scene from a fairy tale with plants, vines and candles everywhere. There is a long wooden table which sits under branches of a big tree hanging above it. There are also a handful of smaller circular tables with umbrellas to choose you can sit at. If you're looking to experience a cool place with a chill vibe, this is it.

It wasn't the right fit so I went in for an exchange. Found a cute replacement and even tho it was three times the price I decided to splurge. Picked up a basket full of anddi items too! I was informed that since it was more than 7 days since the purchase...no exchange. Was that included on the receipt? Nope. Was there a sign at the checkout counter? Nope!! In fact, the employee at the register wasn't aware until he called the manager because the register wasn't working properly. After politely explaining my disappointment and the missed opportunity to quadruple the sale, the worker said he couldn't do anything. I promptly left and sent an email to the owner/founder through the website. Mainly, in an effort to provide feedback that simply made good business sense, and to share my disappointment. The response...crickets. No acknowledgment or explanation on their part. Service is everything and when it's bad...it makes a lasting impact. I won't ever shop here and I don't recommend anyone does...the halo IS crooked.

They are only open Thursday's through Sunday so we lucked out. They have only been open in this location for a short while. They do a lot of estate sales and work with realtors and decorators, so they have some amazing one of a kind vintage items. The place is large inside (but tastefully arranges) so you'll want to take your time browsing. And there's even an outdoor area with trellises and patio related stuff. Around every corner is another treasure. But it's so nice to find very reasonable prices that anyone could afford to shop here. The co-owners were very personable and nice enough to patiently answer all our questions. Some of the large dramatic pieces (there's a huge elephant picture for example; furniture) each has a story to go along with them. And the gals are happy to tell you the background. As we were traveling in the area, we were looking at their smaller intriguing items -- teapots, candelabras, pillows, jewelry, small figurines, accessories, etc. etc. If you are a collector, you'll probably find something here you can't pass up to add to your collection. My only disappointment was that e didn't have more time to shop. We had places to go... But next time we are in the area, we will plan to really take our time.

This store has everything for me to be chic, ironic, & fabulous! Unique pieces for your wardrobe, stylish canvas backpacks, hilariously obnoxious home decor from napkins, to pot holders to glassware, spot-on aprons, socks, change purses that speak to the witty divas like myself. I do wish for some racial ambiguity in some of the items as my mother "loves her asshole children" (pot holder) but we do not look like the leave it to beaver family. Perhaps a geographic limitation but nonetheless there is something for everyone in ever niche of the store. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful as we grazed each corner. They made suggestions and allowed us to enjoy the experience of shopping there-- because truly that is what it is, a unique experience

They charged me over $2,000.00 and honestly threw a few throws on the beds and added some furniture that I wouldn't use in an old cottage. My home was already beautiful and only needed a few high end pieces and pictures to finish it off. To say they ruined the look of my house is not an exaggeration. Even my real estate agent was shocked and disappointed. They did take everything out but still charged me a large fee for nothing. My family and friends were actually laughing when I showed them the pictures and could not believe the job they did. Just be careful if you use them and get pictures of the items they are going to be using before you give them any deposit. If you're not happy they don't stand behind their work and will keep your money. Extremely hard to believe they would ever get any 5 star reviews.
