This Yelp listing is a sham…read more Pacific Physical Therapy no longer exists. They were bought out a few years ago (2021?) by Davis & Derosa Physical Therapy, who took over their website, Google listing, phone number, and Yelp listing, closed Pacific Physical Therapy, and opened a clinic with their own name and their own staff in the same building but in a different space. Pacific's old phone number now rolls over to Davis & Derosa, and their old website now lists Davis & Derosa's email. The reviews in this Yelp listing were all written prior to the sale by clients of Pacific Physical Therapy. They do not relate to Davis & Derosa's current business, which couldn't be more different than Pacific's old business in terms of staff and general atmosphere. Apparently they maintain the old Yelp and Google listings to lure former clients of Pacific into their business under false pretenses. There oughtta be a law against this sleazy practice. In fact, I believe there is one.

From the very first phone call, Kayla was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. She made scheduling my appointments a breeze and always followed up promptly if there were any changes or updates. Every time I walk into the clinic, she greets me with a genuine smile and such positive energy it really sets the tone for the whole visit. You can tell she truly cares about every patient and takes pride in making sure the front office runs smoothly. Whether it's helping with insurance questions, accommodating last-minute rescheduling, or just remembering your name and asking how your day is going, Kayla is the absolute best. Head 2 Toe Physical Therapy is lucky to have someone like her as the face of the clinic. If you're looking for a place that treats you like more than just a number, this is it and Kayla is a big reason why!

His portfolio of patients he has cared for is astonishing from professional athletes to Cirque de Soleil performers (yes, I am "name dropping.." but just to emphasize this guy has EXPERIENCE)!! I had both knee replacements done with Dr. Klapper at Cedar Sinai Hospital in L.A. and he directed me to him stating "He is by far the best PT guy I have ever known. My favorite." But it isn't just his vast knowledge and experience that makes his place great. The energy he brings as Director is just superb. It is a cheerful, immaculate, high energy family with a staff truly dedicated to helping people with a vast array of physical issues. From young athletes to my favorite (though intimidates me) 82 year old who had hip replacement and is a little fireball, everyone is treated with respect, support and enthusiasm. Martin also succeeds at listening politely (despite my being long winded at times and a bit whiney...) by steering you back on the right course with enthusiasm and hope. The place is state of the art. Don't let the smaller space throw you as there is not one piece of equipment missing that might help you recover from what ails you. His wife, Mabel, as Clinic Coordinator, is both charming and also very supportive and consistently cheerful. The effort put into also making it a fun expierence by decorating and having it so clean, has spilled into their setting up Halloween for Martin to be Shrek and Mabel to be Fiona. lol. Do yourself (or anyone else you know who needs help) a favor and go here first. I guarantee you won't try another. (I even went to a PT place years ago where the woman I saw was chosen to be one of the PT for the US Gymnastics Team in the China Olympics...this is soooo much better!). Thank you staff!!!

I had pain in my right ankle for more than 10 years. I had an MRI, which showed a torn tendon. I went to two physical therapy facilities through my regular medical plan, but I did not see much improvement. I also developed plantar fasciitis in my left heel about four years ago from over-exercising at the gym. My daughter found Dr. Isaac and booked an appointment for me at the beginning of this year. I have been seeing him almost every week for the past few months, and the improvement has been significant. My pain has gone down a lot. I can now walk barefoot at home, which I could not comfortably do before. Lifting luggage into the overhead bin on an airplane is no longer very painful. Dr. Isaac is very knowledgeable, experienced, and thorough. He uses advanced equipment, but what makes the biggest difference is how carefully he evaluates the body and identifies what needs to be improved. He did not just focus on reducing my pain. He also helped me strengthen my muscles, improve my balance, and understand how to support my body better. His treatment feels very personalized and effective.

What stands out most is the individualized approach to care. I work in the health and wellness field myself, so I really value providers who take the time to educate patients, explain the "why" behind treatment, and focus on long-term prevention instead of quick fixes. I never felt like I was getting a one-size-fits-all plan. Highly recommend for anyone looking for thoughtful, customized rehab care.

From day one, Kathy was incredibly professional and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Her treatments were outstanding, and she always went above and beyond to answer my questions in detail. She also provided great tips and exercises I could do at home, which made a huge difference in my progress. Beyond her expertise, Kathy is simply a very kind and supportive person. Thanks to her guidance, I made such strong progress that about five months after my Achilles tear, I was able to start running again.
