The guy installing them did not pay attention that they were directional and mounted them backwards. I mentioned it to the lady that was directing customers and she put me back to the end of the waiting list. I was SOOOOOO PISSED I couldn't see straight. I don't think Willie was there at the time because I would have talked to him. The lady has a nasty attitude and is not beneficial to his business.
