The hours listed on-line and the handwritten notes with changes when I get there are very frustrating. Wasted trips and time on my part. Also, the virtual assistant call in program is terrible. It used to be simple when you gave them the number on the bottle and got it ordered smoothly. The current system causes many back and forth exchanges and repeating myself multiple times with no decisive responses. No prescription numbers, now you have to be able to pronounce the drug names.Even for something basic like the hours for the pharmacy. The length of time it is taking for the script to be ready is much long than it has ever been before. Overall I'm not very satisfied at all.

I have also noticed that the staff is standing around in the pharmacy, when they have 3-6 customers either at the drive thru window or inside to be waited on by the staff. Both my husband and I have decided to take our prescriptions elsewhere, because of the constant, unnecessary delays and the unprofessionalism of the staff here.
