I only gave 1 star to post this review...I've been suffering from grief & loss due to a family…read morecrisis & today I reached out for some possible therapeutic help to This facility and Chantel the receptionist that answered the phone had no type of calmness or helpful note in her voice all she wanted to know was how payment would be made ! the two minutes I was on the phone with her all that was discussed was about payment I am very capable of making such payments I also have insurance that seem to be out of network but her bedside manner was no way consoling or caring after I told her I wanted to have a intake or assessment of my mental health! how terrible of a place this could be if their first thought & terrible communication was only bout financial and never did discuss or say anything consoling to the potential patient! You think of these sorts of places the first thing they would ask if there is an emergency involved call 911 but it was such a coldhearted person answering the phone that I would never ever suggest this place to anyone else stay away! I would suggest this establishment seek better teaching to this receptionist!

I went in to talk with a therapist and he helped me a little bit but the company is so poorly ran that they created many more problems with my mental health! I was charged different amounts every time I went in. Then I would have a $130 bill show up that I knew nothing about. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their billing department is a joke! I was ignored 3 times and never heard anything back from them! I would have emotionally been better to stay at home and deal with everything myself!

I did my research, closed my eyes, prayed to heaven, and took a chance. My wife and I flew out to every family event and every time we could tell that this staff was dedicated to our child and the kids there, loved the staff. A lot of tears by both parties was always shed. The school Will challenge your young adult and they WILL NOT like it! That said, I watched almost every teen who graduated thank the staff and school for not giving in to their shouts, tantrums and demands.2023 - This school saved our teen! It has taken them three months to simply run my insurance and send me a bill, and now you can add them running my card without permission to the issues with these idiots. Even when I am trying not to register anything, he can see it in my eyes or in how I am breathing. His past experience working in an emergency room, with sex offenders, and in private practice for a number of years, along with his degrees in psychology, human development, and social work, give him wisdom and perspective that is unmatched. I trust Fred. He has worked with several members of my family. He tries to keep some humor in his practice so things aren't so heavy, because when people are depressed and anxious, a little lightheartedness can be a great thing. I have been seeing Fred for PTSD, bulimia, anxiety, codependency, and more, as well as seeing him with my husband for a while for marriage therapy. I can't recommend him highly enough. I had a friend who was looking for some help for his young adult son who had crippling mental health issues, and I told him I had the best therapist ever. He decided to look into it. My friend came back to me a couple months later and said that finding Fred had changed their family's life. He was beyond grateful for the recommendation. Fred can take on the hard cases, and he is a talented professional who has a unique way about him. He doesn't coddle us because that's not what we need. He is knowledgeable and intuitive. He may not be the right therapist for everyone, but I have been to a lot of therapists and he's definitely head and shoulders above the rest in my book.
