Instead of two years, it's been eight years. We unwrapped and unrolled our rug yesterday and are pleased with both the storage and the cleaning. We took our Persian rug here to have water damage removed. After about a month had gone by, Renaissance rugs called us to let us know that our rug was ready, but they had been unable to remove the water damage. When I picked up the rug, I was surprised to see that the stains appeared even worse and now there was new bleeding of colors in the rug that was not there before. However, they still charged full price for their failed attempt. We paid $300 for nothing. They could've at least given us a discount, considering that they did nothing to improve the appearance of our rug. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business. read more

Great service! They are very knowledgeable and very nice. Got five carpets and a wall hanging cleaned, including some moth damage stopped. They also repair, but my carpet would need repair that costs what the carpet does do they said if I liked it enough to keep it they could fixed the edges of holes to keep them from getting worse.
