He provided great care, moved quickly to get people free as quick as possible, and understood us when we were stressed out. We even tried to provide the driver a tip as the service was covered by track, and he insisted he would decline it. He was just thankful to help us. Both Ram dealers in the Joliet area said they could get me in for service between 1 and 2 months - what a joke. Do not call or use this company to town your semi truck. Big ripoff $1.830 for 21 miles. He was not able to wait for a check to get clear. Stump like a girl and took the truck away. What an attitude for a company like that, treating one of the biggest transportation companies in US with that disrespect. The driver had bad attitude not friendly, he had some stomach cramps or probably he has some issues at home. Totally disrespect for your truck and for the truck drivers, he left my airlines hanging, put the drive shaft inside my cabin dripping oil. That's ok but you know karma is a B.... I had a car accident the tow truck driver Jacob Young came to help change a tire. I initially asked for a tow.He recommended I needed a spare tire put on then he drove off, but he never looked to see was the vehicle operable before he drove off if he would have looked and inspected the tire he would have been able to see that the lower front arm was broken which makes the vehicle undriveable I was charged $150.00 for a tire change and wasn't able to drive the car in that condition. We called him back to tell him the vehicle needed a tow and he said it would be $250.00. I decline the tow because I just spent $150.00 on the tire and that price was ridiculous to be charged double when this all could have been prevented. I followed up today and spoke to the manager who name is Pat he was very rude , unprofessional, and didnt want to listen at the service that I received! They are money hungry inexperienced and didn't care about a mother and her child on the side of the road. I don't recommend this company at all!!! read more

Needed lockout service at 4am. Employee showed up, needed to borrow a flashlight from me, spent 35 minutes prying on my doors and never successfully opened my vehicle. Yet charged me full price for services not rendered. I had no problem paying for them to come out, but find it unprofessional to charge for an uncompleted job. Had to call another service. read more

This is the worst place for your car to be towed. Inconsistency with the rules. One person would tell you one thing over the phone. A different person will tell you something else in person. The owner is VERY MEAN and don't know how to talk to people. If you have an issue, where you need to speak to someone higher up, it's a waste of time. Used to be a good place now I can't stand them anymore. I got a deal on my Stihl weedwacker and any other Stihl dealer is where it's going for service in the future. Long wait times for repair and even though Sam S. doesn't even do service for the lawn care equipment having to even speak to him is enough of a turn off. Trevor is a compulsive liar the Insurance company completed our estimate January 13th I would call Trevor updates and he'd say he's not at the shop at the moment however we were on the shop phone so he in fact was at the shop. He also kept lying and saying he was calling the adjuster w no response just for him to double back and say he had the wrong number. The truck was completed feb 8th however Trevor said himself it was completed a week prior he tried to hold the vehicle for more money. Highway robbery. If I could do negative numbers for this review, I would. My car was towed by them after an accident (the police department called them to get the car out of the road). When I called them, they said I had to come in to prove I owned the car. So I brought my title, which is exactly what they were hoping for. They charged me over $400 for towing and storage for three days ($215 for ONE tow and $40/ a night storage). They were "gracious enough" to lower the price to $164 for towing, which is still double the amount any other decent towing service will charge you. AND, the only way for you to get it OUT of storage is to PROVE you own the vehicle by showing them YOUR TITLE. You HAVE to bring your title with you. Huh. This way, they can charge you an insane amount with your back against a wall, and get you to sign your car over to them. In the end, YOU pay THEM to scrap YOUR car (you can get $300-$400 for someone to COME get YOUR car to scrap). This place KNOWS you're in a rough spot and they will jump to take advantage of you. They knew they were getting my car before I came in, too, because they cut off the fob and threw away my key chains. If you can avoid this place, do it at all costs. They will make your bad day, worse. And then they'll turn around and lie about it. read more

I was in a small fender bender. It took six months to get my fixed truck back, because they expect you to deal with the insurance company. They charged the insurance company double the cost of the truck. They are also a truck rental company and will charge you $780 for a lost key. If they claim to be a rental company they should do business like a rental company and have back up keys. Normal fees are $25. The rental truck also broke down. Don't trust them, they will take advantage of your situation, whatever that may be, and will squeeze every dollar out of you while they hold your vehicle hostage. Pat also even yelled at me during our last conversation and said, "I'm not listening to you" Regardless, of how sour a relationship can go, you should never say that to a customer who single handedly forked over $23,0000 (for a non serious fender bender) to your business. I had some tree branches fall on my Monte Carlo SS, in the last big storm we had, the branches caused $7,000 in damages, this is where I took my car to get it fixed, They came in on price, about the same as my insurance company, they did a fantastic job, I never thought it would look the same again, it's all black, and I thought it would show every scrape and dent, it's better looking than when I bought it, they were finished on what I thought was a fair amount of time, super friendly, I am very pleased, Thank you Jack and Dave super work, I will never take a car anywhere else. read more

My husband needed a tow and our roadside assistance sent us these guys. The worst company to have one tow anything. The tow truck driver needed to take the drive shaft out from my husbands semi truck. Once they got to the place the tow truck driver charged my husband an extra $50 to remove the drive shaft and once the bill was paid he drove off and he did not even put the drive shaft back in which my husband had assumed that if he removed it the tow truck driver would put it back on. But instead he drove off, and then when my husband called the owner of the company, he told my husband that his driver is not a mechanic and could not put the drive shaft back on, but he was mechanically able to take off the drive shaft but not able to put back on.These people are so greedy to make some extra cash it really is disgusting. read more

I took my van to get an estimate on fixing the air conditioner. I spoke with two gentlemen in the service area about what I wanted checked. I left the van overnight. The service people took most of the day and at 1:30, the manager called and said the estimate would be $1,500. I said that I would come to get the van and for them not to do anything. Upon arrival, I was directed to the cashier's office. She told me the charge for the estimate would be $110.00. I was completely surprised, not only by the amount, but that there was any amount charged at all. No one had said anything about the amount charged or I had not been told what the amount of an estimate would be. I did not sign any paper work that spoke of the amount. There were no signs posted that said the amount charged for estimates. When I spoke with the manager, he said that I should have known that "nothing is for free". I said, I should have been told upfront and signed a document stating my responsibilities would be for that amount. When I went to pay with my Credit card, the office manager would NOT take my Discover card as she said, "I only will take cash from this person, not credit because she will dispute the charges." My husband had to go get money from the bank and bring it to me to get my van out of their lot. For a business to NOT specifically state their policies and put them in writing for the consumer is wrong. If I had known that that was the amount they were going to charge for an estimate, I would have left without having them look at my van. This business sucks the big one! My car was towed to Rendels after an accident. When I went there to get personal belongs out of my car, I was told I could not go back to my vehicle. I called the next day to talk to a supervisor about this, and was told that I could go to my vehicle to get what I needed. When I finally got to my vehicle, several of my items were gone. Being that we were approaching a holiday weekend their office was closed until Tues. the 27th. We desperately tried to get our car out of their lot because it was incurring a $40.00 a day fee. The initial charge was I think $215.00 just to bring it there. (which by the way was less than 10 miles away). Anyway long story short, when it was all said and done it cost us $415.00!!!
