I'm not the kind of person to get my hair done or nails or anything but I must say I love how my hair looks after walking out with a huge smile! Julia colored my hair and it feels so healthy again and a beautiful cut! She also cut my 3 year old daughters hair and she loves it! I will be coming back and that's a first for me. read more

I really can't understand why there are a even few negative reviews at all (seems like customer error to me haha). Rendezvouz Hair Studio offers the full range of hair services, cutting, styling, dying, highlights, extensions, feathers, washing, eyebrow sculpting, henna, waxing, etc. for both women and men at an extremely professional and talented level. Additionally, they have a professional makeup artist who does makeup for all occasions (dances, weddings, parties, night life, anything). They also carry a number of hair products, so they can get you looking great, and get you what you need to maintain that look for as long as possible. Highly recommend. read more

Nothing to say, but the place is dirty and unprofessional. A 10:30 appointment means 10:30 give or take 15/20 minutes for the unexpected, but at 11:30 you better be a doctor that I am waiting for. I walked in ten minutes before my appointment and checked in at the front desk with the receptionist. I told her that I had a 10:30 appointment with Kate. At 10:45 Kate came up to me and stated that she would be right with me. I patiently sat for an hour past my scheduled time just staring at the three inches of dust on their display case. Then, after waiting like a dummy for an hour, I finally walked out. My rear is still sore from sitting on an uncomfortable metal chair due to the fact that the cheap, peeling leather couch with the stains on it was really gross. Thanks Kate, for wasting an hour out of my Saturday and my gas. SIDE NOTE- your loss because I'm a great tipper. read more

I felt very torn about writing this review because I'm a very easy going and NON-COMPLAINING CUSTOMER. I'll give you guys 3 stars, even though I feel the shop deserves 0. Hopefully this review will help improve your business in the future. So I was yelping salons in my area and came across this place. I called in for a 230 appt. for a cut and color, and was ecstatic that they could fit me in. I was 15 minutes early so that was fine I'll wait. 2:35 comes along and the person that was suppose to do my hair grabs her client and tells me she's backed up. which is fine once again, ill wait another ten minutes or so. I asked the front desk how much longer will she take and she tells me 25 min! The next time you book a client, don't make her wait over 30 minutes especially when she has a appointment. Just tell them that your book and come back another day. Great first impression. read more

This place is a great find. I found there website about a week ago and decided to call them to see if they could squeeze me in. I was surprised they were able to squeeze in both my daughter and I for highlights. Although we saw two different girls- both of our highlights look great. They also use Wella, which is something I love! The girls who did our hair were great too! They were both very nice and warm. We'll definitely be back! By the way this was a great find- I've tired the other salons in the area and gave up on them years ago (it seems like they don't do blonde right turns either yellow or orangish) so I am pleasant pleased to have found this place!!!!! read more

UPDATED REVIEW: After contacting Kate, the owner, I was incredibly surprised and relieved when she generously offered to fix my hair. She communicated very well and made sure I was taken care of before an event, scheduling me in at the last minute! I first started going here two years ago and haven't considered anywhere else since. I get both my eyebrows and hair done and have never been less than thrilled with the results. Rendezvous has a great, professional atmosphere with very friendly staff. I've been coming here for about 3 years now. Started with one girl who did a great job on highlighting, cutting and styling my hair. I scheduled an appointment with Julia about a year ago (switching chairs!). She did an amazing job with my highlights and ensuring my hair was healthier. I was even happier! She does the best job! I've never seen such perfection when touching up highlights. I get compliments on my hair from strangers all the time. I have a lot of hair so its a lot of work. Long process, but so worth it. She listens to her customers. She offers sound advice. She is professional. Everyone walks out of this salon looking much better. I now take my mom and my sister there as well. Trying to talk my sister-in-law in coming over... Would be nice if a discount would be offered for loyal customers on some session, ie, free wax or eyebrows or $10.00 off. Keeping color and highlights "up" is expensive. read more

I've gone in to Rendezvous and had my makeup done by Joanna numerous times and every time it's been a great experience!! She is really professional and skilled at what she does and the makeup looks she has created for me were beautiful! She can create any look you can really think of and is very willing to talk to you about what you want to achieve/are thinking of. I've had makeup done for a wedding which was very glam, a business event which was more neutral and natural, and a holiday party which was more glittery and fun. She's also fun to talk to and made me feel very comfortable in the salon. Definitely would recommend her to anyone and will go back again! read more
