I did not send my food back because I overheard servers discussing that happening at another table and the consequences. I strongly suggest you steer clear. In the end, we went for two filets, the crispy potatoes, and brussel sprouts. Brace yourself: the steaks were some of the best I've ever experienced. NO JOKE. I've traveled the world and would consider myself a connoisseur of fine steaks. Without a doubt, the filets we had at the Vault stand up to anything I've ever had in NYC, Paris, or Dallas.
