Had an amazing experience at Renee Day Spa! My group of 7 friends booked the spa last Friday morning. The location is perfect, right on the Magnificent Mile, and it was affordable! Every other spa we contacted was so pricey that we would each only be able to afford one treatment. At Renee Day Spa, however, each of us was able to experience at least 3-4 spa treatments and spend half the day getting pampered. The atmosphere was wonderful, with robes, wine, and snacks. The set up of the spa is ideal for a group of friends. The central room where the pedicure and manicure stations were was perfect for all of us to sit around and talk in between massages, facials, etc. Personally, I had the sugar pedicure, classic manicure, Swedish massage, and facial. All were wonderful! Would not hesitate to come back, and I would recommend this spa to anyone. read more

I recently visited Renee's Day Spa in Chicago, IL, and it was an incredible experience! Don't underestimate Renee because she's older--her strength and technique are amazing. She uses a European-style approach, and the massage was spectacular. I had a combination Swedish massage, and it was one of the best I've had. She clearly has a loyal clientele too--while I was there, a kidney doctor who is one of her regulars stopped by. Renee has been running her business for a long time, and it shows in the quality of her work. I highly recommend this place! If I could give her 10 stars, I absolutely would. read more

Agree with Neha (reviewer) that it is unbelievable that the good reviews are for real. I was given a bill for $100 for 2 pedicures. I questioned the cost as a pedicure is around $32 as advertised. I was told "Well you got the sugar pedicure". I said we just asked for pedicures - response was "well you got sugar pedicures". Mind you this consisted of NOTHING special. Poor business practice, totally taken advantage of and I am still pissed that I paid that much. My chin was on the floor as I could not believe it. My sisters and I brought my mom here for a birthday treat this past Saturday. I'll start by saying the space is very clean and functional. We were seen promptly at our appointment time and the staff made sure to use our name throughout the services. Everyone was extremely kind and they all worked together as a team to make sure we had the best experience, especially Renee herself! Kasha did my sisters and my massage and it was heavenly. Such a Satisfying Spa experience. I can't say enough about Renee & the entire staff. Everyone was so friendly and highly skilled. Yola took such gentle care with my hand & feet during my mani & pedi. Fantastic! This spa is amazing; very clean, the staff is friendly and so very helpful. They cater to my every need and make me feel so special. This is a very intimate setting with outstanding sevice. I have visited many spas in Chicago and this spa is the best, they do not cut corners on services and are very personal. Spent the day having the works package with my daughter. Best money we have spent on a spa ever. Renata and her staff do amazing work. My daughter fell asleep during the massage! The spa is super clean and quiet. You can just let all the tension drift away. The package is mani/pedi facial and massage. Both facials also relaxing. My husband surprised me with a couples pedicure at Renee's and we had such a wonderful time! Renee and her staff are so sweet and accommodating. I was able to add a manicure and facial at the very last minute. A lot of places just go through the motions but that's not the case here.
