Tried to contact Renee Lynn three times in the last 5 weeks and have not received a return call yet. I donated $150 to KPFK in mid December based on their representation that KPFK and Renee Lynn were partnering to provide $750 in skin treatment services. KPFK is still running this apparent scam as of February and promises Renee Lynn's "Gobble Gobble Treatment" in exchange for the donation. Renee Lynn's voice mail says they get 75 calls a week from KPFK donors and they can't return them all. So they know they are unable to provide the services that they are allowing KPFK to promise in exchange for their money raising but are doing nothing to prevent this fraud. I'm filing a complaint with the department of consumer affairs for a starter in the hope that this will motivate Renee Lynn to deliver. Repeat the same sentiment as others have expressed... I saw Renee for the first time, 16 days ago and came to the website today, just to get her new address for my next appointment, tomorrow. Hey Renee - if you see this, change the address!!! That reminded me that I told her I could not wait to give her a Yelp review, (at that time, based only on her personality and how easy it was to get my appt.) since there are so many with low star reviews, saying she's difficult to contact, the 5 star reviews are paid for, don't buy through Pacifica... and on and on... Glad I waited... First of all, my first treatment was through a Pacific Fundraiser opportunity that I had wanted for a long time, but really couldn't afford and after-the-fact, of that "finally" purchase, reading poor reviews pertaining to that deal specifically, admittedly, I was worried - I had NO problem. As you can imagine, with a deal like that fundraiser offers, she gets inundated, so Renee now has employed a very good friend to help handle the calls and set appointments, I left a message, was called within 24 hours and scheduled for my appointment less than one week out - nobody should bitch about that. The appointment itself - spectacular. She's not kidding when she says, regardless of what you got in that promo - you get what you need. I'm 60, but still look to be in my late 40's and Renee tailored my regimen to fit my needs. Walking out of the spa, I could not have told you much other than she knows her stuff and is very engaging. Now, two weeks later, I can tell you, I already see a big difference in the firmness of my skin and I'm not even following her protocol as I should be. Obviously, I'm going back. I wonder if this company is still in business. I met one of the reps at an event show and was provided one of their vouchers to come in for a facial. When I went to call a couple days later, I noticed the voucher expired in Jan. 2015. I mentioned that on the phone message. I have tried 3 more times to get ahold of them and left anonymous messages without even mentioning the voucher and a different phone # Never got one return call. I am not sure the reason but I think this is very unprofessional and I reported it to the event manager where I met them too. Not a way to do business. "Amazing" doesn't even begin to express the wonderful relaxation facial and whole body regeneration that I had yesterday at Renee Lynn's skin care studio. Renee Lynn is the "Age Interventionist", (medical esthetician). Working in perfect tandem with Renee for this special sound bath/facial rejuvenation treatment was Kirsten Korot, a vibrational sound therapist. I'm not someone who gets facials often. In fact, I'd only had about two or three in my life, that is, until I met Renee. (As a former massage therapist myself, I'd rather spend my money on a full body massage.) But this treatment was completely relaxing. Kirsten placed Tibetan bowls on me and played them, as well as struck the tuning forks and positioned them along some important acupuncture points on my face and body to help me distress. Renee is a master Medical Esthetician. She's not your typical facialist. She cares about the products she uses and loves to educate her clients about appropriate healthful skin products. She also is continually learning and uses the latest laser equipment that stimulates the skin and helps it detox at the same time. (non-invasive). As well as being extremely knowledgeable and one who loves to share her knowledge with you, she's also warm and very caring and packs a lot into each session. I felt totally relaxed and my face is brighter and more relaxed and the years just melted off my appearance. Thank you both for a magical and special treatment. I LOVE THIS WOMAN! 5 months ago i went to see Renee at the recommendation of a friend and I was hooked after the first session. I was looking to improve the texture and pigment of my skin for my upcoming wedding, and I will say that not only did it improve, it was transformed. Renee is one of the most generous, caring, and conscientious people I have ever met (albeit one of the most overworked!) and her approach to holistic skin-care is state of the art. She receives no money from the customer or KPFK for the reward packages she offers through them and if she has a hard time keeping up with the number that are purchased through them this is a testament to her generosity and conscientiousness. I, too, came to her through KPFK (and as someone who never would have considered allowing myself the luxury of this kind of service on an ongoing basis) but now I would rather trim my budget in other areas or put in some extra hours of free-lance work than give her up. (And I am not being paid or compensated in any way for writing a positive review! Nor does she know I'm doing it.) If you are having a hard time getting through, please bear in mind the fact that you are receiving a free service from a super hard-working professional who is also trying to earn a living and just be patient and persistent. She genuinely is the real deal and I cannot believe that she would ever willingly or knowingly neglect to honor a commitment. Besides this, her products and treatments are effective to the point that people often compliment me on my skin or ask me about it, commenting on how it does not reflect my age and I have noticed a definite and significant reduction in wrinkle depth around my eyes since working with her just over the last few months. A session with her, for me, though, is even about more than just the service she delivers. It's also an experience of connection. I got a LivingSocial coupon for a choice of three treatments. From the moment I stepped into the spa, I knew I was in capable hands, and Renee was professional, friendly and unhurried. She chose the treatments for me that would make the biggest difference - and wow! I'm very pleased with the look of my skin. She explained everything she was doing, what I could expect, and what each machine she was using was for. She gave me simple, inexpensive at-home tips to help me keep my skin at its best (she wasn't pushing me to buy products when I told her I was happy with my NuSkin products, and I appreciated that.) Overall, Renee listened to my concerns, made a thorough examination of my needs, and was an upbeat personality to spend an hour with.
