Not only was Dom able to get our GMC Sierra towed and to a safe place for repairs, but he even came back the next morning and helped us replace the entire wheel. Ended up needing to remove the axel among other things, with the limited amount of tools we had. Dom brought everything we needed (and made a quick trip to the auto store to get what we did not have). While my 4 year old son and I stayed busy in the dirt ski lot across from Winter Park, Dom and husband got to work at 8am and we were back on the road by 12pm! Their website states "full of good, kind people who know how to treat customers with care and respect." This statement could not be more true or accurate. About an hour after posting I received a call from the owner. I don't think he had read this review as he never mentioned it. He did, at length, apologize. Stating it was a product of a software package which they pay monthly for. He offered a partial credit back to my credit card. $65.39 just showed up:-) Bottom line, the owner's call made all the difference. They will have my future business.
