And Yelp, once again, led me yet to another awesome business! We are in the process of upgrading our house and switching rooms and everything. The room I was going to move in to needed some TLC and I really wanted to get the carpet deep cleaned. I scheduled an appointment with Rene for today, Monday at 9am. He got to my house at 8:40! And he was done at 9:30! He serviced one room, worked efficiently and quickly. He was very nice and courteous and my mom and my brother are gonna use him too to service their rooms once we get some stuff moving. My sister will also contact Rene to schedule something to get her carpets cleaned. I have to strongly disagree to the one star review here because Rene was NOT AT ALL difficult to talk to or communicare with. I thought he was really professional and respectful, answered his phone within 2 rings, and responded to my text messages within 2 minutes. I mean, come on! He probably would have done a good job if the reviews are accurate. However I had two problems with him: 1. When he returned my call, I couldn't understand him...I tried speaking what little Spanish that I've learned...that didn't work either. Perhaps it wasn't Spanish he was speaking to me...usually I can tell...but he sorta mumbled. I finally had to say I was very sorry but I was giving up and hanging up. 2. Within a couple of days, I found I was on his RoboCall list....multiple recorded calls per week. Finally I blocked his number. A couple of days after that, my cellphone, which did not use to get robocalls at all, suddenly started getting them all the time from multiple sources...I should not have made the mistake of calling him from my cell. I guess he makes money on the side by selling phone lists. Because of his reviews, I had thought I might mention his company to a friend who has several business sites where carpet cleaning is frequently needed (in hopes that they would be better at communicating with him than I was). I just had an amazing experience with Rene's carpet cleaning. I had two terrible stains in my carpet that I could not get out. It is a new carpet and I wasn't happy about this. I called Rene and he was here in 45 minutes. He went to war on the stains and was victorious. I was shocked at how cheap he was and tipped him 25%. Even with the tip I feel like I underpaid him. Just had my carpets cleaned by Rene this afternoon, he did a great job!!! Rene showed up 15 minutes before the appointment to give me an estimate on my place, his pricing is really great. He worked for about 45 minutes, first doing one pass across the carpet to remove stains as well as soak the carpet. The second pass was with the vacuum steam cleaner and my carpets look brand new! Don't expect a miracle if you haven't had your carpets cleaned in a decade and spill dark liquid all over them. Some people do if you can believe it.
