We went into the store and talked to Cosimo. He was easy to talk to, explained the pros and cons of different surfaces, and answered all of our questions. As soon as the product was in, we were contacted and scheduled the work to be done. The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete! Cosimo and his crew were excellent to work with and I honestly would encourage you to reach out to them if you are thinking about changing floors OR if you need ideas/suggestions! We are so happy with the quality and efficiency of the work, the communication with Cosimo and his team, and of course, the finished product looks amazing!

Unfortunately, that was where the positive experience ended. We spent approximately 5-7 minutes in the showroom looking at products on our own. During that time, we observed at least four employees walking around, several focused on their cell phones, yet not one acknowledged us or asked if we needed assistance. At that point, we concluded that the business must be doing well enough that it could afford to overlook potential customers. We left and drove across the street to Bedrosians Tile & Stone. The difference in customer service was immediate. We were greeted as soon as we entered, asked about our project, and an associate personally guided us through the showroom to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Ultimately, we purchased approximately $46,000 worth of tile from Bedrosians--business that could have easily gone to Arizona Tile had someone simply taken a few minutes to assist us. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Arizona Tile, particularly to homeowners or non-contractors seeking guidance. If customer service is important to you, I highly recommend Bedrosians Tile & Stone, where the experience was professional, attentive, and customer-focused.

I would say Villagio has the best selection of accent tiles I have seen in the Phoenix area, and trust me, I have seen every tile store! My husband and I worked with Dakotah, who is a very delightful and PATIENT young lady. We took months trying to figure out what tile we wanted. Then I went with a look my husband wanted and I did not. Don't do that. Figure out something you both like. When our installer brought our tile, I hated it. I could not blame Villagio for my mistake, but I would suggest asking to see additional sample pieces or ordering a few sample tiles before placing your final order. The one tile in the showroom does not always accurately represent what all the tiles in a full order will look like. This is true at any tile showroom. In our case the tile in the showroom had very little pattern. The actual tiles ranged from almost all white to ones with very large and distinct fake looking patterns, and there were lots and lots of tiles with the same patterns. Not all tiles will be like that, but learn from my mistake. Villagio does not take returns (it is in the contract you sign). We figured we were stuck with it. The installer started putting it on the shower walls, and I became more and more depressed. I finally told them to stop, and we decided to take the loss on the tile and installation to that point. We donated the remaining tile to Habitat for Humanity. Expensive lesson learned! We ended up finding a floor/wall tile at another tile company in Scottsdale. That other place charged shipping on top of the tile price quoted to us, for normal shipping, not expedited shipping. Villagio does not charge for normal shipping. An accent tile we bought in our original order from Villagio was the only thing we both loved from that original design choice. We left that up in the shower, and I ordered more from Dakotah. Turns out I did not order enough, as I found out when the installers started over this week. But Garrett, who is my tile contractor's go-to guy at Villagio, somehow managed to come up with not only my reorder, but also the additional amount we needed, as well as a matching backsplash tile, all in time to start my (re) tiling job as scheduled. He did not add extra charges for the rush delivery (although I imagine they normally do). All in all, it is definitely worth visiting Villagio for extensive tile choices and friendly, helpful service. Just be very sure about what you are ordering before placing your order.

The actual tile is significantly darker and much more taupe. Because of that difference, the grout color I selected looked completely wrong once installed, and I now have to spend an additional $1,200 to have the grout professionally stained. I contacted Floor & Decor and provided comparison photos, receipts, and documentation. Instead of offering any meaningful resolution, they repeatedly focused on manufacturing tolerances, batch variation, and the fact that the tile was installed. My complaint was never that the tile was defective. It was that their own product photography did not reasonably represent the color of the product. They eventually acknowledged that they understood the issue was the online images, but still denied any assistance and said their decision was final. No reimbursement, store credit, or goodwill adjustment was offered. I understand that screens and lighting can affect color slightly, but this was not a subtle difference. Customers should not assume the product photos on their website are an accurate representation of the actual color.

Ryan knows his stuff. I was moving out of a rental and needed someone to come clean my carpets and clean the tile grout which over the year had gotten really yucky. I called and Ryan asked questions and said he could come out and give me a solid quote. He was on time and got right down to business when he arrived. He explained the prep process and we set-up the cleaning date for the following day. He again showed up on time and WOW the results were amazing. There were a couple of spots that he really had to put some elbow grease on it and he did just that. He earned his pay for sure. I can hardly believe the grout is so clean now. I call Ryan at Simply Clean usually once every couple months to clean and get the smell out of my carpets from my dogs accidents. I've been using Simply Clean for over a year and they always do an excellent job! Ryan arrives with a smile on his face, explains everything in detail of what needs to be done, and gets it done in less than an hour. He's also a normal, cool guy-- One time I called him last minute on a Saturday afternoon, and he came with no hesitation. My carpet is clean and smells great after him and his staff are done with it! Just had my entire house carpets and tiles deep cleaned by Simply Clean Organic and I was very impressed. This guy really is earning every dollar. He had some serious equipment but the elbow grease is what made the difference for me. I had 4 rooms cleaned which all had a few pet stains and some deep traffic areas. Quality service and friendly employees! They are very reasonable with their prices and do not charge you extra for the little things, i.e. hallways and closets. They also offer a microbial enzyme for an extra $15, which is so worth it! It helps to disinfect the carpet. They could not get connected to the water in my apartment complex, so instead they did a dry clean for the same price. Usually it is double the price, but considering I had no control of the situation, they didn't charge me extra. Very happy with the results! They got out stains that had been there for more then 6 years and other companies said they could not get out. Tech was very professional and took his time doing the job right. Simply Clean Organic was very thourough in their cleaning techniques. My husband had major foot surgery and had a slow bleed all night. There was blood everywhere. I called Ryan from the hospital and he was able to fit us in that day as I was worried the stains would not come out! All of the stains are gone!
