I truly hate giving bad reviews but this is something I would have wanted to know as a customer. One of our rugs dried with orange spots on it after being cleaned by this company. It was extremely difficult to connect with a representative and have an appointment set up to have the rug looked at it again once I communicated that it looked like something went wrong and at one point, I was no-showed for a follow-up appointment. I was told a possible refund for services could be provided but that would be all they could do. It has been weeks since I last spoke with this company and no communication has been made to me regarding a refund for just the cleaning itself. The rug damaged was over $3,000 when we bought it. I don't know why I haven't left a review for this company yet, because I've used them several times, and everyone, they went above and beyond. And I wish I would've done some before and after pics to add to the amazingness this company does. Their prices are affordable, they're flexible with time, I even schedule my cleaning within 24 hours. Not only did they clean my carpets though Lu and properly several times, they even came back and took out red Gatorade stains for me. And treated an extra stain for free. Look, my followers should know, I right honest, thorough reviews and I'm telling you, these guys live up to the hype. Ryan is wonderfully sweet and couldn't be nicer. He bends over backwards to be helpful. However I believe he misrepresents his company as being a large company with a fleet of trucks that service high end hotels. His website says BBB but he's not. He's not insured. You want your carpets cleaned? Amazing! AAA! Travertine? I had to let him go mid job. The quality of work on the travertine was not good and I had to hire someone else to start from scratch. He was decent about it when I told him though. Left the house nice and neat. He didn't like my original Yelp review where I wrote the details. We agree to disagree. Needed my carpets cleaned and found out about this business through a friend of mine who also had good results from them so I went ahead and made an appointment. Ryan was so friendly and knowledgeable about his services and made sure to walk me through the process of what he was doing and what products he would be using! (Which is important since being Organic is important to me ) He was on time, kind and ready to work when he arrived and it didn't take long for there to be *AMAZING* results! For a company that presumably hangs their hat on cleanliness, it's ironic how much cleaning they force other people to do with their incessant, unsolicited door knob flyers. I've literally been cleaning up their flyers for the past 4 years or so now as they seemingly place them on any door with a knob in a 10 mile radius or in some cases they just end up on the floor for you to conveniently pick up after a long day of work. My apartment complex explicitly states no solicitations so they are clearly violating that, not to mention just common courtesy not to bombard people with ish they don't want every month or so. I feel like at this point I have a rightful argument to bill them for the cleaning I've done at their expense over the last couple years with them leaving these things just about every month it seems. Hopefully they will read this and see how these practices will lose them customers through sheer annoyance. read more

The head guy that claims he is the nephew of the owner comes off very nice but was a complete con man. Both a friend and I started talking about who we used and we finished each other's sentences on our cleaning experience.. While he was pretty thorough with cleaning- it was far from being non toxic which is why you would hire them in the first place. He talked up a storm about all the athletes and famous peoples homes he has worked on in the valley and how happy they were. Covering for something perhaps? Anyway, The smell of the cleaner he used radiated in my home for two months! He said it was from essential oils which if it was- they were of extreme poor quality and loaded with chemical fragrances. TOTAL SCAM!!!! Was quoted $150 and then told me AFTER job was completed my bedroom was "too big" so I was charged DOUBLE. $355 to be exact! Both bedrooms had pet odor and Ryan was informed that a "deep clean" would be the solution (happy to pay that up sell). Bedrooms smelled WORSE after cleaning and when I called him he explained he would be charging me ADDITIONAL $$ To fix a problem he couldn't do the first time. He was more worried talking to me about how many "celebrity clients" he works with and plays tennis with and how his family owns a law firm and he was sure to throw that in my face when I said I would be charging back my payment. I found this company through a review on another app- I had Ryan come over and give me a quote. It should have stopped there- but no, I had to have another opinion and a third and waste precious time. I had a company that quoted me 3 times the amount for the job and try to sell me all sorts of stuff. I should say that I have saltillo tile and had a company come 3 years ago and they did a horrible job. The sealant started to peel after a week and their number had mysteriously changed. Anyway, Ryan came over, did a patch test and found issues with the previous sealant. I had him strip it, clean it and reseal and the floors look fabulous, what a difference!! I am so happy and Ryan was so professional, he cleaned like no one is ever seen. Super diligent and attentive to smaller details. Couldn't be happier- i strongly recommend. read more

Called them and were able to get a good price on a deep clean plus Ryan was very friendly and informative about his procedure for the cleaning. They did a great job on the carpet and i enjoyed the clean smell of our apartment after. Bad experience. Water damage to hardwood floor. Area rug was moved out to tiled patio so as not to get wood floor soaked. It was moved back in to be cleaned and wood floor got far to wet. Raised wood now called cupping. We tried to talk about it with person who claimed to be the owner and were treated very rudely. read more

WOW---Classic "Bait and Switch" advertising! Flyer says " Entire apartment steam cleaned - 2 bedroom $70 -Includes shampoo, degreaser, deoderizer!!" "No hidden fees!" OK I call and make appointment - I reference the flyer - no problem. They come today, husband and wife or girlfriend I assume. Look through the EMPTY 2 bedroom unit. Then proceed to tell me to "come here, step back, do you see the traffic pattern?" Of course Ii did THAT'S WHY I CALLED Them ____THE CARPET WAS DIRTY. A young lady lived iin it for 9 months, no pets traveled for work and the carpet was brand new when she moved in. They proceed to tell me how the BASIC just won't clean the dirt (which from my vast experience is BS I could do it with a rug doctor from Home Depot) - in the interest of my time I say "OK , How Much?" $139 FREAKING DOUBLE!!!!!! I used them to do a move-out clean of my carpet. When I did my final walk-through, I was floored at the great job they did. We lived in the apartment for 3 years with 2-3 pets at all times. We had never had a carpet cleaning done but maintained our carpets with regular vacuuming and deodorizer. I did not have to stick around during the cleaning which was perfect. The advertised coupon price is half of the price it ended up costing, but Ryan was a great guy and extremely nice and professional. I have a 2 bedroom apartment and it ended up being a 4 bedroom job due to the living room and connected dining room being considered 2 additional rooms. Ryan informed me that with the stains from the normal foot traffic that we would need the "deep clean" which is 2X as much as the flyer (basic clean). With that being said, I was not forced to do this option and felt that if he's the expert and felt it needed the deep clean scrub, who am I to know any different? I was also informed of this additional deep clean price on the phone prior to booking, so it was not necessarily a "hidden" fee. He was professional and I was able to leave the house and walk my dog while he did what he needed to do, and I had no worries about anything being out of place. The total cost was $180 for a 2 Bedroom apartment "deep clean" rate. The spray he sprays after the carpets are cleaned smells great, and the carpets do look a lot nicer than before, though not perfect. As to be expected with the cheap carpet Apartments install. I have an airbnb that I rent full time in the Arcadia area and it was time to get the carpets cleaned. He was on time and he really understands his craft. The carpets look damn near brand new after he was done with them. I have cement floors and he gave me some good advice how to care for them. I will say that the carpets look good - we had some issues with the dog marking her territory and some high traffic areas - however - We had a non-refundable deposit at the place we lived and wanted to just give the carpets a basic clean before we left, per our contract. Simply Clean Organic refused to do a basic clean and said it was a waste of his time. Given the fact that we had to be out of the apartment in 24 hours from that time, I was left with no choice but to let him give the place a deep clean, for triple the price. Then, he says his card reader doesn't work and I could only pay with personal check or cash only. I had to rush to the ATM to give him cash, on my break from work, as he would not accept my debit card. I called about their $60 deal in the flyer. The guy picked up and said he's on a call and will call me back within 20 min. No call. I called back 45 minutes later. He said he's a general manager there and said if the carpet has stains, it'll be $130 to clean. That's more than double the flier price! Hmm.. I asked if he offered any feedback rebates because I've never dealt with this company and wanted to have an assurance of a good service. He said that they only give $10 for a review on Yelp, which is not designed for that and doesn't even allow companies solicit for reviews, but he insisted that it has to be Yelp and not any other platform.
