Only giving 1 star for one simple but embarrasing reason on their end. I had a few procedures that did not work 100% and found myself still in pain after 6 months. I owed money for the procedure, and called to see if I could get a % off of my remaining balance. The billing specialist Gina was nothing, but awful. She would not acknowledge my pain or even have the slightest sympathy that there was an issue on their end. Very Saddening. On the bright side I love the dentists here. Reeve's is great. Iwasiuk is great. Saddening that Gina made this such an unpleasant experience. read more

Dr. Reeves is truly a "tooth hero" as my regular dentist referred to him. He saved my front tooth and did it with a minimum of pain and discomfort. And his clinical manager, Nina, is a superb skilled technician in her own right. She did an incredible job of wiring the rescued tooth in place so it could heal. My dentist referred me to Dr. Iwasiuk for a potential root canal (because he couldn't determine the cause of my tooth pain). Chelsea and the other front Office staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that their Office emails you new patient information, so you can fill out all the paperwork online prior to the appointment. Also, Chelsea was very upfront and reasonable about the estimated costs - I always prefer this to "ummmmm it could be around such and such" or no estimate at all. Upon arriving they had me wait for a few minutes in a lovely waiting room, then took me back for my 3-D X-rays and X-rays. The dental tech (I assume she was a dental tech) asked me several questions and also did quite a bit of localized testing in order to try to determine the cause of my pain. After a while, Dr. Iwasiuk then came out and sat down next to me and discussed my X-Rays with me in a calm and intellectual manner. He was discussing what a patient needing a root canal would show on an X-ray in comparison to what my X-rays showed (basically he saw no need for a root canal). I got the impression that it was a tactic to allow me come to the same conclusion as his diagnoses "no root canal needed"; because pain can make someone moody and argumentative and unreasonable - that or he is just a very open book and collaborative individual; in either case it is an excellent customer service strategy - if we "agree" I'm not gonna want to "scream or yell" because the pain is so severe and I want it to go away at any cost, but walk away appreciating that he was honest and open with me. Lastly, Dr. Iwasiuk has one of those instantly likable personalities. He is warm, funny, comes across as genuinely concerned for his patient's well-being, and not someone who is feeding you a line in order to subdue you or to stroke their ego - great qualities for someone to possess in the medical field. Even after going through the X-rays to explain why I didn't need a root canal, he was gracious enough to answer some of my other questions and concerns regarding potential causes for my pain. I recently had my fourth root canal with Dr Iwasiuk. The first and second root canals, I actually fell asleep during the procedures. The third, I watched a movie on a VR headset. This most recent root canal was extremely tricky and involved not only Dr Iwasiuk but an oral surgeon. Let me just say that Dr Iwasiuk is currently one of two doctors currently in my life that I have complete an utter confidence in. I was having tooth pain that my regular dentist looked at for 3 minutes, couldn't diagnose and sent me away with a $108 bill. Dr Reeves and I had met through his sons ski racing. I gave him a call and he thoughtfully discussed the possible causes and scheduled me an appt the next week. His staff welcomed me in and through the forms process. It was easy to notice how efficient his staff was at bringing me through the initial scans and x-rays. Then on to further tests and discussions. The scan of my head and the testing they did was high tech, and never a part of my regular dentist process. All of the staff were extremely competent in their part of the process. Once I sat and spoke with Dr Reeves he was able to verify the staff findings, answer all my questions and clarify what needed to be done. I never thought I'd rave positively about a root canal but here I am. Had the procedure done at reeves * iwasiuk and it was wonderful...yes wonderful and root canal in the same sentence. It could have been the sedative and muscle relaxer cocktail but no pain during or after. The staff was kind, caring , professional and extremely effective. It's very difficult to give a good review on something that no one wants to have. But I must say, this office is great. Very caring, very friendly staff, both front and back office and Doctor. They worked well with my insurance, gave me realistic and honest estimates and I appreciate that greatly. Oral care is not cheap, but they were very easy to work with. The experience during the procedure was probably the epitome of making the best of a bad situation. Root canal! Makes us shudder----- but not me! I left Dr Reeves office an hour ago and feel great! I had absolutely no pain or discomfort through the whole procedure. I was referred to this practice by my dentist. I get a bit anxious having dental work done however from the moment I walked into the office to the end of the visit I felt very comfortable. The receptionist was very welcoming. Courtney explained everything that needed to be done and Doctor Iwasiuk was fabulous. Stacy just called to be sure that I wasn't having any problems.
