We've all made choices we wish we could take back. Fortunately, when it comes to tattoos, you can. I have a few pieces on my arm that I wanted to fade down so I can do a nice cover up. I texted them pictures of my tattoos and Melanie responded within the hour with a breakdown of how many sessions it would take, cost, etc. I really appreciated her getting right down to it and not putting me through endless messages. The fees are super reasonable. I was expecting it to cost much more than what they quoted me. After my appointment, Ron figured my remaining appointments wouldn't be as extensive so he actually REDUCED the price for my remaining sessions. Super honest people here. The session itself went great. Ron got me checked in, explained the process, answered my questions, and got work. He was really personable and made me feel comfortable. As prior reviews make clear, Ron and Melanie are pretty great. Several months ago when I made my first appointment for a consultation they were super flexible. When I got there I was of course nervous. Making the decision to have a tattoo removed isn't the easiest in my case, but Ron explained everything and made me feel comfortable. We actually did my first session that day. Does it hurt? Yes of course. But Ron works so fast and always tells you to just say stop when it is too much and always checks in with you. I was given a great deal in my first session as a trial run; and I must admit, I am very pleased with my results. Booking was a breeze..., after my initial text consultation, as in sending a picture of my tattoo along with some general information on the age of the art, my intentions; complete removal or cover up (optional), I was given an estimate of the cost, and a guesstimation on the amount of sessions I would need to obtain my desired result... The reason why I picked "RenoTattooRemoval" was because I read many good reviews they have here on Yelp. I followed them on social media and there were tons of followers on their Instagram page, all having good things to say about their work. Their pricing is very affordable and their "before and after" picture gave me the assurance I need to move forward with my treatment. Prior to picking "RenoTattooRemoval", I'd contacted several local (Sacramento) clinics, offices, and centers that offer laser tattoo removal as a service... The clinics, I was not able to find many reviews on their work in relations to tattoo removal... it's just one of the many services they provide.... I've checked Google, Facebook, Yelp, Instagram, RealSelf, etc... The Offices and Laser Centers were a bag of mixed results. I read one of the reviews on their Facebook page, the client wrote that she was extremely happy with the laser treatment she received and that this is her 12th session being treated... I'm not blessed with the greatest brows & had them done this summer but wasn't 100% happy with the result for multiple reasons. Reno Tattoo Removal was recommended to me & I decided to go for it & am glad I did. I was able to text Melanie regarding a quote, questions about what to expect, booking my appointment & she was quick to respond. Their location was easy to find, their business is clean/inviting, & staff was kind & professional. Ron performed the procedure & talked me through what he was doing so no surprises while he was operating the laser. The procedure is like a rubber band snap as they said it would be & the cold air he used was helpful in making the procedure more tolerable. The procedure went very quick for the brow removal which was great. I could immediately see the difference & I only regret not having it done sooner. I had a very mild burning sensation after the procedure which for me resolved within 1hr after. The area was slightly swollen & turned a red hue color but nothing drastic & was as they explained it would be. I was quoted & paid $150 which was much less then what I was expecting & worth it. I booked a future appointment in 6 weeks but once fully healed I may be able to cancel.
