The esthetician had it set on a 2 because the machine had been used all day long and kept breaking down. I was told I had additional sessions with my package and not to worry. Tried to schedule several more sessions. They were always booked or the doctor was out of town and I couldn't get in. I did finally get a session but was sick and had to cancel. Kept trying to reschedule. No returned calls. No answer at their office. If you call 30 minutes before they close, they just hang up on you. So unprofessional! Finally was able to speak to someone today who told me my package had expired. Then put me on hold and came back and said it was for 1 session and I would have to pay for more sessions. I explained you can get laser hair removal anywhere for less than $100 per session and this was a lie because my husband had purchased a package. They said the esthetician who did my service was no longer with them and they would let the office manager know about my experience. I'm certainly not holding my breath waiting for a call from them. The laser hair removal did absolutely nothing for me. It was maybe 10 minutes of actual laser on the lowest setting. I will never recommend this place! It's a total scam!

Dr Meiri identified a couple pre-cancerous spots on my nose and another suspicious red spot on my back. Both required a return for treatment after insurance pre-approval. I asked for my after visit report (they don't offer it as a matter of course but you can get one if you ask). On it, she indicated seeing five other things that she never mentioned to me, but the report said that she had discussed them. There was a whole list of things under "Patient Q&A" of which we only went through about half of them. When I returned for treatment, Dr Meiri and the two assistants were in an awful rush. I forgot to request an after visit report for that, but I'll bet it too mentions a lot of things that did not actually happen. I'll probably return to this practice despite the dishonesty because the other guys are even worse.

She did a procedure that's called a "exchange " because I had an implant that burst. I'm not sure why it did but it hurt me tremendously. I initially was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010 and had a double mastectomy at the time. That surgeon did a horrific job because they were incredibly tight so I had them redone in 2014 to make them smaller and just more comfortable at that point. When I started to have pain in my right implant I could tell that the implant had ruptured just because how it looked and felt. The pain is also a good indicator. I went to see Dr. McCormack at her beautiful office that has the surgery center in the same building. Great for her! Nice planning. The front desk people made sure the would not be happy to help with the insurance in anyway...My surgery would be covered since the implant burst. It was a complete pain to get them to get me the doc notes and photos. The lied to me a couple of times until I FINALLY received them. I mean 10 grand is a great vacation for me. I would never get any further procedures at this office because you barely deal with the doc just with those awful front desk persons. I get it you don't want to deal with insurance but seriously they just couldn't be bothered with my request. Annoying

He came in with a great attitude, really made me feel comfortable as well as welcome. He was friendly and Jovial. He asked permission to do check my legs and my back. He was very thorough and checking all of the little bumps and discoloration and put my mind at ease. If you need a dermatologist, I highly recommend you trying integrated dermatology.
