The swelling, lumps, discoloration, and contour irregularities have been present continuously since the original treatment and have been documented throughout the past eight years by multiple medical professionals. Shortly after the filler was placed, I sought evaluation from a nationally recognized injector and trainer who diagnosed malar edema and advised that the filler had been improperly placed. This was my first experience with tear trough filler or any filler. Since then, I have consulted numerous injectors, vein specialists, and oculoplastic surgeons, all of which is documented. Contrary to your statement, there is extensive published discussion within the aesthetic community regarding the long-term complications of tear trough filler, including persistent swelling, malar edema, Tyndall effect, migration, and filler remaining detectable years after injection. These are recognized complications and not claims I have invented. I have never stated that this experience was a "new" problem that suddenly appeared after eight years. I have consistently stated that it has been an ongoing issue since the original treatment. My review reflects my personal experience and documented medical history. Facts, opinions, and personal experiences are not defamation. Since you have suggested legal action, I welcome the opportunity to pursue this further.

I came in for a light therapy session and high-frequency treatment to help target bacteria on my face, and I could already feel a difference afterward. Exceptional. This is NOT a common place/experience. Renouvele is an exception to every rule. The people who work here are responsible, educated and genuinely care about their clients. Ive tried numerous places in OC and (honestly) stopped believing in these "mini-salons/micro-spa's". I came here initially because of a Groupon, LOL. And thank goodness I did! She patiently worked through it. The neck and shoulder area was included too. My whole face felt lifted and refreshed. After the gua sha, she did a full hydration treatment on my face and shoulders. I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep. The full session was 90 minutes. I own a gua sha board at home, but there is simply no comparison to professional technique and skilled hands. This year, Claire contacted me and asked me to purchase VIP packages. I tried the same service with a different nurse, Vera, for the same treatment. Unfortunately, the injections left my face uneven. She never brings he latest fad into her practice unless she has trialed it for months (or even more than a year) to make sure she gets results. The worst thing I can say about Sonia is she is a terrible sales person. If you are interested in learning about product or what you can try to fix "this" or "that" she takes all the time needed to teach, but she doesn't sell. When we do try something new I always get asked "did you notice a difference". Her facials are on par with Newport Beach rates what you don't know is that she spends at least 1 and 1/2 hours! So don't expect to get rushed in and out. Sonia includes the deco-tee area as well as face and neck. If you are currently getting facials, I challenge you try one from Sonia and see if it isn't noticeably different. Everyone I have referred to the salon has stayed with Sonia. If you have never had a facial you don't know what you're in for, and one from someone else later if you choose just doesn't compare. I just started my 17 year old niece with her first facial this month, and while she knows why we call Sonia lovingly the "squeezer" when I called to see how her skin was doing she said it looked great and she was trying hard to take good care of it. Hopefully starting so young she will be mistaken for 30's well into her 50's. This review comes with fair warning, these facials are addictive!

I only needed touch ups so it has taken a couple years to finished my 6 sessions. Having been to many laser hair removal centers, this was my least favorite. The prices were about the same and the machine was also very similar to others. The actual procedure did work so that's very important. If this review was based on results it would be five stars. I docked a star because unlike other centers that are strictly laser hair removal, this is shared with basically a small hospital. In the waiting room I was near sick elderly and sick children. Even before Covid it was very nerve-wracking waiting for my appointment and having small children cough all around me. Every other laser hair removal procedure I had was performed by a nurse or a hair removal technician. I know it sounds strange that I was upset it was performed by an MD but let me explain. Yes, she is an MD and I'm sure super smart and educated and knowledgeable, but it was very clear performing laser hair removal for her was scraping the bottom of the barrel. Every visit she had an "I don't want to be here" attitude and I understand, she could perform primary care exams and have a much more rewarding experience saving lives and healing the unwell. But still, that should not be at the fault of me for wanting laser hair removal. The worst was that she made it very uncomfortable for me to get the brazilian. Almost as if she was super grossed out by the procedure and made me ask, every time, specifically where to remove the hair. It was very frustrating. I will not be returning here for laser hair removal.
