Becky the Project Manager is amazing person, reliable, responsible and always there in all the project process, she is very hard worker and nice to work with her. Ricardo did the work from my interior work, he did an amazing job, all the things we asked him did. He is really an excellent worker. The pergola work were working Alfredo and his team. They were very professional and did and excellent job too.

Does this look like it can support 4 appliances?

We started construction on 6/2022 and it took about 4 months to completely ruin everything they touched. After many interactions with no updates on over 20 outstanding items and them pressuring me to pay in order to get things fixed or updates on progress, they proceeded to f-up all my electrical, support of my second floor and installed cabinets-of which each of them were cracked. In addition, they did not add any supporting beams to support the cabinets. They were installed by drilling into my Sheetrock totally unattached to anything. The custom LVL beam was not attached correctly, leaving me with $10k+ of repairs to fix this and to rerun our electrical -which had been installed and circuits were already shorted at install. They did not isolate outlets for major appliances and these all had to be rewired correctly (another $1800). Old outlets were not deactivated or covered up, these and the junket box were shoved into my ceiling and covered with Sheetrock. Totally against code. New electrician stated, "wow, they did not have any regard for your safety-this could have burned your house down". In addition, I have pets and asked them to cover up any live wires. One was uncovered-I thought it has been deactivated but I graced it with my leg and was shocked. Due to my second floor being unsupported for 4 months, the new contractor had to bring in a JACK to push my ceiling back up so the second floor doors would close in 2 rooms. They measured things wrong, ordered the wrong size cabinets. You get the picture. They absolutely have no regard for safety and are completely incompetent. Not one thing was done correctly. They did not even give me any design to approve. I had to get them from the cabinet place and they ordered the wrong ones anyway. Owner never came onsite. They say he was supposed to show up to review all the issues and give them the opportunity to respond, John no showed and had his assistant call to cancel after the arrival time. We fired them immediately. Do not recommend. And John, before you reach out to me about my review, you can refund my $4300 and add $13k to cover repairs needed after your incompetent staff (Gilbert, etc. ) left my kitchen worse shape than we started with. Appreciation you!

Our shower before. I hated the floor tiles and the ground was uneven, so water pooled.

After using the new (beautiful!) shower, we noticed the tiling on the floor was pretty uneven, a few spots were left with cracked tiles that had sharp edges, and the grout was nowhere near enough to fill the gap between the floor tiles. I communicated this to John, with photos, and he came out right away to assess the repairs. They promised to make things right, and scheduled us for the following Thursday. They didn't show up, promised to show up the next day, and I called them off because if they started working on Friday, our bathroom would be out of commission for an entire weekend again. So, rescheduled for Tuesday of the next week. I confirmed on Monday that they'd be there between 9-10am the next day. Tuesday came and went and yet again...they didn't show up. I totally understand scheduling challenges, and like to think I'm a forgiving person, but they also didn't show up one of the days they were scheduled to work during the initial project, and the lack of communication is extremely frustrating to me. We will live with the uneven tiling and fix the grout ourselves. All in all, John and his crew do great work, it's just so hard to get them to show up when they say they'll be there.

The professionals at Renovate in Texas pulled off the impossible when they brought back to life my delapidated 70-year-old car port in under a week. It's difficult to find builders you can trust, and communication is everything. John was quick to provide a reasonable estimate. Alfredo and his team worked efficiently and thoroughly always taking the time to listen to my concerns. They have a can-do and friendly attitude, which goes a long way. I'll definitley work with them again! - Robert & Rebecca

The final fireplace. It was just a bare wall before they got there

Renovate in Texas was great, they added a fireplace and renovated the kitchen removing a wall and adding a new granite countertop. Becky came promptly for the estimate. Ricardo and Oliver were great throughout the construction process and John the owner was even personally helping us when we had a material issue the day before Christmas Eve. We will be using them again on our next project.

John's team did an amazing job replacing our front porch columns that had rotted out! His team got the job done in only a few hours and managed to find columns that looked very similar in design. Very happy with the results and our sturdy new support columns!

We needed a concrete slab poured for our above ground pool and electrical for the pump and storage shed and we picked the right contractor. Even though there was a couple of delays with the concrete, John and his crew worked quickly to get this portion of our project done in time for the pool install. The electrician was very knowledgeable and professional. The concrete team was solid- heh. Seriously, these guys did a great job making sure we had a strong, level slab that is pool-ready. Also Miracle provided excellent customer support. I will keep them in mind for our future projects!

Here is a photo, I will post more once I have the furniture in.
