However he only took 1 picture of 1 spot of the floor they damaged. we purchased a brand new build, our home was in perfect condition until they damaged my front door, the flooring, and walls. I do not appreciate someone coming into my home that we just bought as a 1st time homeowner and putting it down. Please ensure your employees do better in the future. Had they taken the doors off of the refrigerator it would have given them more room and the damage could have been avoided because then they could have used the dolly. Or they could have rescheduled for a day it was dry outside and came in the backdoor as I suggested.

A technician came out and completed the work, but within five days the issue resurfaced -- clearly related to the original repair. When I contacted the office expecting basic follow-up service under the warranty, I was instead met with resistance and unnecessary defensiveness. The customer service representative, Debbie, was shockingly rude and unhelpful. Rather than listening or acknowledging that this was a warranty call tied to work they had just completed, she repeatedly focused on warning me about potential trip fees if the issue was somehow "my fault." This was completely inappropriate given that the problem returned almost immediately after their service. The tone was dismissive and confrontational instead of solution-oriented. For a company that promotes itself under the Neighborly brand, this experience was anything but neighborly. At no point did I feel like they stood behind their work. Instead of owning the situation and scheduling a prompt follow-up, the conversation felt like an attempt to pre-emptively shift blame and protect billing. Because of the incompetence in resolving the issue and the unacceptable level of customer service, I chose to fire Mr. Appliance and take my business elsewhere.
