I knew about Friedmans because that's where my mom purchased her appliances from decades ago. From the second I walked in to Friedmans beautiful showroom, RAJ was knowledgable, quick to answer my questions, and easy to communicate with regarding my needs. I went in to Friedmans with the intention of just looking at washers, and coming back with my husband at a later time to choose and secure the sale as I wasn't comfortable making this purchase or arrangements alone. I ended up buying a washer that same day, and it was delivered less than 48 hours later and set up by the delivery team quickly and without issue. They even took the old washer away for $50- (winning!)
