I never purchased from this store before but after a horrible experience with Friedman's in Concord, I decided to give them a try. I ended up speaking to Greg who was so helpful and personable. We visited the new Concord location Saturday, August 29, 2026 in the morning to see a Bosch 800 series dishwasher in person. We were quickly greeted by knowledgable sales rep Ken Usedom, who showed us the models and aptly responded to our questions. The checkout process was quick and efficient with delivery scheduled for the next day. Dishwasher arrived during the window and shortly after a call from the delivery team. My husband was able to install to our older garbage disposal after creating a fitting with materials he had. The new fittings don't easily fit the older model disposals. Airport Home Appliance has many great products. The Sales Associate, Ken Usedom was knowledgeable and very helpful. He helped us to make our choice and he was especially helpful while the order was ready for delivery. He responded in a timely way via email and by phone. However, the reason I am only giving 3 stars is because of the the emails I received from Airport Home Appliance while the order was waiting to be delivered. While I was working very hard with my contractor at home, Airport Home Appliance kept sending emails to me telling me that if I did not schedule the delivery within a certain period of time, they were going to give the products to somebody else. I did not appreciate these heavy handed emails at all. Another reason for not going higher than 3 stars is because, when the products were delivered, the delivery truck leaked oil on my driveway. In all other respects, the delivery was fine. But I am left with a nasty oil stain on my driveway now. I am not happy with that. I did received a follow up call about it and sent photos, but at the time of writing this, Airport Home Appliance has not told me that they will fix it. All in all, I liked the selection of products and I think the sales associate who worked with me, Ken Usedom, are the highlights. The lowlights are the behavior of Airport Home Appliance relative to scheduling the delivery and the oil on my drive from the delivery truck. read more

I am giving a 5 star rating because the manager was very helpful and honest about our wayward Kitchenaid refrigerator. Apparently there is a shortage on them for smaller operations. We order ours over a month before we needed it and it was to be delivered in 2 weeks. Then the back orders started with no end in sight. Of course that wouldn't do so the manager was upfront about it and refunded our money. We found the same fridge from Home Depot delivered in a week. I guess the BIG GUYS are getting the goods easier. We did take delivery from Airport Appliance of our gorgeous Thor Electric 36" range in the correct timeframe so... Well done. Times are weird right now so I suggest getting your appliances early for your renovations. read more

After a few store visits, we settled on an LG induction range to replace our old gas range. Ken Usedom was helpful throughout, and I feel like we got a good deal. It's a much better experience going through Homewise for an appliance than it would have been to use one of the big box stores.
