My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. During that time, I had to remain in the apartment under those conditions. When I moved in, I was informed that the internet, gas, electricity, and water were all active. However, it took about 10 days for the internet connection to be fully activated. As a result, we were unable to use the television for a while, and my daughter had difficulty completing her school assignments. Most recently, when I went to the Student Enrollment Office to register my daughter for high school, I was asked to provide a copy of the ID of the authorized person named on the lease agreement. Although both the office staff and I contacted the company by phone to explain the situation, the requested document was not provided in time. Consequently, I had to leave without completing the process. Additionally, I was not feeling well that day and had to wait for an extended period. These experiences have been quite stressful for me. For this reason, I have informed the company that I do not plan to renew my lease when it expires. I hope service processes can be improved in the future so that other tenants do not face similar challenges.

The keys aren't even the same and extremely pricey without a single waive allowed. We pay several hundred dollars in semi-annual fees but can't even get keys for the amenities. I also requested over a year ago to remove a name off the letters they send me and they continue to include names when I'm the only on the deed. The agents I speak with are always nice but can never do anything about complaints or issues with our community because "they only collect the money". Very disappointed and frustrated for several reasons with our management company.

The Gym has so many great selections of machines and includes a stair master, free weights, and yoga/cycling/row machine room (separate). Staff is extremely friendly & personable always making us feel at home. We see more pets than kids (perk for us). They have two computers and a conference room available in a first come first serve basis. Parking is very easy seeing as it is a small community. There is a community officer on property. There are smaller storage units for rent if needed. Valet trash is part of the rent package. We have a 2/2 first floor unit, we LOVE the Space and openness of the unit with natural light pouring in from our large windows. The balcony is a great size and lighting is wonderful. The units have thinner walls, but its no different from how every apartment seems to be built these days. The Morgan is HOME. We feel happy, safe, and very comfortable here. Convenient to Lee Vista Promenade offering movies, shopping and food, dealerships and about 3 miles from Orlando International Airport. When you get your place you also get an RSP Perk card allowing discounts to you in many of the nearby hotel, food, and pet options in the area. Comes in handy!
