Great if you are a buyer but they will rip you off if you are a seller. I brought in a bunch of items. All of it pretty nice quality and high end. They sold a $600 pair of Scarpa Boots that were brand new. For $45. My Oakley goggles with the hard case. Brand new. They had priced at $50 and they gave the hard case away. Very impressed after not visiting for some yrs. My wife bought a ski helmet which was close to brand new for much less than on product website or in store elsewhere in Aspen. Shop may not always suit your needs but worth a visit before impulse buying elsewhere. Friend, who is top skier, also bought a few pairs of used skis with bindings in past weeks for various conditions and saved considerably on new skis. He would also highly recommend visiting Replay. Fantastic place. We were spending a week in Aspen and decided to just buy some used bikes here instead of renting them as it was much less expensive. They had a great selection of both kids and adult bikes. The owner and staff were so helpful with everything. They also had used gear for almost every sport in Aspen at a fraction of the cost of new and most of it in great quality. A block or so from the "main" part of town - easy walk. read more

I stopped by here looking for a rock climbing helmet since I left mine home. The guy who was at the register didn't even acknowledge my presence so obviously, I couldn't ask. How could I? E-Bikes make mountains a walk in the park! My fiancé and his parents and I just biked the 12 miles UPHILL to Pine Creek Cookhouse in Aspen and back and it was a breeze on E-bikes we rented from Replay Sports! $50 for four hours of gorgeous pedal-assisted vistas. Aspen has many hills and altitude changes and these bikes helped immensely. I definitely recommend Replay Sports. They can help with any and all your gear (year round) at a fraction of the cost. Locally owned too! We will definitely be renting those bikes again! read more

Great place to buy used ski equipment! The workers are knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. We ended up giving them our old skis in exchange for newer ones. One day into skiing in our new skis from replay and it was a night and day difference! We loved them! Do not ever rent from this store. They have the worst equipment and appalling customer service. The electric bike I rented not only stopped me completely every time I went up a hill but also had a seat that moved all over the place despite me trying to Tighten it. It was so impossible to ride up castle creek that I had to get a lift. When I was honest about what happened I was name called and told I shouldn't rent from them as I am clearly too "needy". Then multiple men in the store started harassing me and telling me to never rent from them again so I filmed the experience since it was quite scary. It was certainly a lovely way to spend my birthday- getting yelled at by a bunch of men. I was also with my mother who has stage 4 cancer who witnessed the experience. It's stores like this that give aspen a bad name. I also noticed they massively mark up the prices for "used" goods. Very dishonest. Save your money and buy online. read more

Love this store! It's the secret handshake of Aspen. We spend a month in Aspen every summer and instead of spending a lot of money on expensive bike rentals, we come here, buy our bikes (they'll inflate the tires, adjust the seats, whatever you need) and then sell it back to them at the end of our stay. Bada-bing, Bada-boom. Sales folks are super helpful, and the inventory changes every day. read more

I initially came here for the price, but let's with so much more. They really do have the best prices here in Aspen, and their bikes are great. There is no downgrade in quality here, just friendly people and great service. We had the bikes for nearly four hours. We had a great ride down the Rio Grande, but unfortunately we both had a fall. The EMTs were amazing and patched us up and helped us get back to Aspen along with the bikes. Unfortunately, we forgot or helmets at the crash site. The folks at this rental; not only they didn't want to charge us for the helmets, they wanted to give us the entire rental for free. I insisted we pay, but they only charged us for two hours in the end. All in all, don't go anywhere else for a bike rental. These people really are the very best! read more

I found a posting on craigslist for a used child carrier backpack and found great value in having them deliver it to my door in Greeley, CO.
