He weighs three pounds and upon us walking in, a girl helping another family, rushed up to me and repeatedly expressed that he couldn't be in the store without a leash. I looked at my 3 pound Chihuahua in my arms and I looked at her. I left immediately. I completely understand policy, but even if he had a leash on, I would not let him walk on the floor, but the way she approached me was ridiculous. With that level of customer service in that area, they won't be open long.

I wanted to go into one of the rooms to see a cat, when i asked he rolled his eyes and let me go into the room but made it very clear he didn't want my friends kid in there. what if she was looking for a cat? Do you want these cats to find loving homes or not???!! Lastly, what happened before we were just done. I had walked in the shy room twice, once by myself and once with my boyfriend. The first time i went in they left me alone i was just looking at the cats, didn't pet them if they didn't want to be pet. I respect animals and i can tell if a cat wants me to not touch them. the second time i walked in with my boyfriend and one of the workers followed us in there and got in my boyfriend's face saying "this is the shy cats room don't get in their faces" mind you we weren't even that close to them just looking to see everyone that was in there. he then gets closer and says "Im serious" like bro we weren't even doing anything besides looking and letting them sniff us. anyways, whoever was working at 12 today with the mask you were amazing and helpful. the other guy up front a little older with curly hair you were extremely rude and disrespectful to all of us that walked in. She put out a Have A Heart trap to try and catch our cat Buddy, before she contacted us, to no avail. We returned from our trip 9/20/2021 and went to the business to help look for Buddy. While crawling around the shop, we noticed holes in the floor that lead to a crawl space that we assume lead to the outside. Our cat is roaming around Mount Sterling somewhere. We put out flyers around the neighborhood in hopes of finding him. We have had our dogs groomed there for the past three years and she does a good job doing that. I wouldn't trust her to watch your animals. The shop is filthy, reeks of urine, there is hair everywhere and very disorganized. We discovered how filthy the place was when we were crawling around looking for our cat. Wish us luck in finding our cat!

Most other places I've boarded him or had him groomed he's come home shocked from the experience, but not so with Kountry Klipping. When he sees that we're on our way there he starts crying and running around the car with excitement (which is out of character for him). He always comes home happy, healthy, and very well groomed. Went to elemental for about a decade for my dogs and it's gotten pretty bad over the last couple…read moreyears. Dr Flores has been relatively competent but the rest of the staff is a mess. The breaking point was when they swapped sold me a prescription that was 2x the potency for an Rx and didn't tell me I that they didn't have in stock the lower dose. They didn't mention it at the time and the pills looked exactly the same. The tech, Jen who I spoke to about it after I found out. stated "can't you read a label?@ and hung up on me when I communicated my concern and asked for the implications to my dog. I called back and the receptionist said Dr Flores would call me... she never did. This seems to be just part of the downward slide of this clinic. They commonly ask you to drop or pick something up whenever during office hours and the door is locked with no one around when you show up. If you you use an online pharmacy like chewy they'll take weeks to approve the medication that they recommended. If they say the doctor will call you about something that will happen maybe 1/3 of the time. It was a great vet clinic a while ago, now it's a dumpster fire. There are a lot of wonderful vets around this area, don't risk your pets health with elemental.

From the front desk to every team member involved, they showed my dog and myself nothing but care, professionalism, love. I was devastated to have to eventually put my dog down. They gave me a wonderful option to come later with less people, I was given as much time as I needed with him and they were all so understanding. I really appreciate everyone here going above and beyond on one of my hardest moments in life. Several days later I received a very sweet card from the team with all of them leaving a little message and signing it. That meant the world to me! I highly recommend Elemental. I'm not ready to have another pet right now, but I will definitely go here when I do. Thank you all for your kindness and compassion. You are all wonderful. I've been a customer here for years, which is why this experience was so disappointing…read more I called ahead of time to cancel an appointment, and at no point was I told there would be a $20 cancellation or "no-show" fee. At my next visit, I was charged $78, which appears to include that $20 fee without any explanation beforehand. When I tried to ask about it, the front desk employee didn't address my concern directly and instead told the owner I was already disputing the charge. This was frustrating, especially since I hadn't even been informed what I was being charged for in the first place. Clear communication and transparency matter, especially with long-time customers. I trusted this business for years, so being treated this way felt dismissive and unprofessional.
