If I could give a zero stars, I would. This company does not care about their clients. I think that they think they have a monopoly and can do whatever they want. The website is horrible and crashes every time I try to do anything, especially when it has anything to do with my bill. Isn't that what online accounts are all made for? Collecting on invoices!?!? Their prices are also gouging. TRIPLE that of their competitors. Get it together R.S.!! I've moved on to Waste Management®. A much more respectable company. read more

9/22 I'm going to continue to update this each week that we don't get trash pick up, so every week from now on. We saw the truck go by this morning, picked up the neighbors trash but not ours again. Our trash cans have been out for hours. Will be calling the corporate office again as this is the only way we can get any service as the local office tells us our cans are not out. Please don't use this company. This is honestly the worst experience with any company I've ever had. The response you put to this message is the same one every time but when you send me a direct message you tell me that it's my fault for not putting our trash cans out when we put them in the same place at the same time every week. Your corporate office and local office has been nothing but unprofessional and unhelpful doing nothing but blaming us and telling us that we should just cancel if we don't like it. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Every single transaction with this company is terrible. Customer service is rude, and I think the drivers look for reasons not to work. When my mother died (who lived next door) and I tried to cancel her service, they came and took my bins. We called to get them returned, and they couldn't tell us when they would be able to bring them back, but they charged us to pick up my mother's bin. (Yep, you pay for service AND you pay for them to get THEIR bins after someone dies.) We still didn't have a bin on garbage day, so we had to use a bin that we purchased. Now fast forward to today. My sister moved in next door and paid for trash service. Her bin still wasn't delivered by trash day, so she put her bags next to my bin. Today we get a call saying that we ALWAYS have bags not belonging to us next to our bin (funny, she hasn't even been here a week), and they will no longer pick up any trash not inside our bin. When we called to talk to them, we were told the trash drivers actually opened the bags and looked for mail with an address to prove the bags weren't ours. Nope, they belonged to another paying customer who is waiting for her bad service to start someday. read more

Don,t do business with theses company, they told me to sign paper so they get my service start, never once they told me that I was signing contracts, very deceiving, every very expensive, stay away. Trash never pick up on the same date, sometime Monday, sometime Wednesday. Fine more reliable, and lower price.now they want to pay $ 600 dollar for early termination fee, outrageous. Stay away! I could zero star but computer won,t let me bad customer service. Definitely not recommended. read more
