My bill increased from about $90 to $230 per quarter without explanation. When I decided to discontinue service, I was told there was a termination fee. I requested proof of an agreement showing that I had consented to the termination fee, but instead of providing documentation, they sent a demand letter stating I must pay or they would send the account to collections. Overall, my experience with Republic Services was disappointing -- unexpected charges, poor communication, and unhelpful customer service. I do not recommend Republic Services.

So now we have an entire weeks worth of compost in our bucket plus the compost from a large family gathering plus, we have to wait a week while we fill up our bucket before it ever gets picked up.
