The ABSOLUTE WORST, without peer. They must STRIVE to provide the WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at every turn. Numerous times they have left my barrel at the curb untouched. I have had to chase their trucks down the street with it. They treat your propertly like the garbage they deal with, breaking barrels and bins, and on top of all this, their outsourced customer service lies and their website doesn't work properly. Reps make up phony excuses, they tell you someone is on the way and nobody shows. And when you go to report a missed pickup on their useless site, it gives an error. Terrible service. I was within the trash limit my town allows, yet they left one barrel behind. They give you a toll free number to call for missed pickups. I called it five times: each time I was told that they would be out the next day. They never came, so I was stuck with a barrel of stinking garbage for a week. I found out that the number they provide for missed pickups is a national call center, on the other side of the country. Calling them is just a waste of time. Pick a city that they service anywhere in the country-the reviews are all the same: BAD. read more

I don't recommend this service either. I have a big metal bin in my parking lot but it's also shared with the businesses nearby so it can overflow sometimes. The trash that we can no longer stuff on top, some people leave on the sides of the trash. I thought garbage men were supposed to get out of the truck and grab the excess trash and just toss it in like a normal human. Instead they collect the heavy metal bin and plop the bin right on top of the trash that's on the ground and just makes even more of a mess. I don't think there's integrity in their people. read more

The worst company in the state for waste disposal. Their drivers speed through neighborhoods with children and dog walkers. When asked to slow down the driver yells "F off". Any company, contractor or community that employs this company now that this information is public has legal liability on their part. read more

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with as a property manager. Some of the rudest dispatchers I have ever delt with. The charges are ridiculous as well for overage charges when it went over because they never picked up a day. Of the 12 properties we manage 11 have been changed from republic over the past 2 years to waste management. Very friendly people over there. I have contacted them numerous times over the past week to pick up a mattress they didn't take on trash day. I am allowed 1 bulk item a week. Mattresses are allowable. Everyday I am told they will come out the next day. I went to their Facebook page and posted a comment. I also commented on other complaints on there. They blocked me!! They don't want the truth to be known. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with over such a simple issue! All they need to do is send a truck to pick up the mattress. Customer service reps never say the same thing. They told me because I was not speaking with someone from my state they will not pick it up and they do not leave notes on accounts. I have spoken with 2 managers and at least 10 reps. Still the mattress is outside my home. If you post negative comments on their Facebook page they will block you. Where is the customer service? Why is my town paying for trash pick up when they don't pick it up??? They don't even deserve Half a star!!! read more

Called them 5 times today. Phone rings and rings and rings....then disconnects. Nobody is even there to take incoming calls. Manager is completely MIA. Contacted headquarters via FB Chat support. Headquarters, despite their best efforts, can't reach the manager there either. What a business! read more

Literally the worst company I have had the displeasure of "trying" to work with. Service for my business continued to go up...promises to correct our account were never kept. Then when we got a new service because no one from republic would call me back, they didn't pick up their dumpsters for well over 2 weeks. Never again would I do business with them. read more
