Be prepared for a LONG shopping trip. The deals are unbearable though. It's one of the few places that still price reasonable and then they have 50% off deals all the time! Others had dropped off items, and the donations man was standing right in front of me. The guard took it a step further and said if you leave those bags here, I'm going to charge you with dumping" It was too early in the morning for me to be threatened with criminal charges just for trying to do a good deed so I do not recommend this location.

I attempted to call the HQ for assistance but I was simply told the manager was "going home" and she'll call back tomorrow. I left a voicemail and told her that I had photos and video. Not only did they do nothing about the active situation, they never called back. If I had been attacked or raped no one would come to find me. I have dropped thousands upon thousands of dollars of donations at this location, including Tiffany jewelry, etc. I've never been treated in such a hostile way. I suspect this is because I was a female alone. I truly think he would have attacked me if there weren't another woman in the parking lot watching the situation. I highly advise avoiding all isolated Goodwill drop offs if you are a solo female. I don't don't where they are hiring these employees, but this one seemed to know that I was stranded and no one would help me. He was perfectly comfortable abusing me.

I keep forgetting to write a review for Humble Heart but this is definitely one of my favorite OB…read morethrift stores. I dropped by on a weekday recently and there was no one else in the shop. Though the shop is quite small, there was a good variety of items, even a penny board in excellent condition. There's a half-off rack at the front and a lot of shoes located on the tops of clothing racks. I snagged a pair of practically new Vans for $18 and a $2 sweater from the 50% off rack. Most of their clothing admittedly costs slightly more than I am willing to spend secondhand, but the quality is overall better and they are still fairly reasonably priced compared to places like Goodwill. There is also thankfully a lot less Shein and Fashion Nova. So fair play to them. Service was also excellent. The staff offered to hold my items at the front while I shopped, and pointed out the fitting room unprompted (it's a bathroom in the back). I am not frequently in OB but when I am, you can always find me swinging by Humble Heart. I saw that they also have music shows, which I haven't had a chance to attend yet. I definitely want to catch one in the future!

They have a wide variety of goods, literally everything from china to clothes and even drums and guitars. The store is small yet has a lot of space, the lay out for the show was amazing. The stage was decent size without taking up too much space (plenty of standing room, seating, and even room to dance). I love the fact that the have a drummer cam. My son is a drummer and he is usually hiding in the back and Humble Heart is awesome and has a camera set up so you can watch the drummer as well. Love it! Sound was great too! Even for a Saturday evening parking was easy to find and before the show there was plenty of places to grab a bite to eat and or drink (all within walking distance). Can't wait to go ack and check out the merchandise and especially looking forward to heading back to watch some more amazing bands play! Tip, you can purchase tickets ahead of time online. There is a small fee but you still save a bit ($8 and some change as opposed to $10 at the door). Plus with the great bands they have coming in, you want to ensure you have a ticket before they sell out! This place is so neat and the people so friendly and welcoming. They seemed busy, so hopefully me labelling each bag of its contents such as shirts, shorts, pants etc. was helpful. I was lucky to find metered parking at the corner so carrying the bags was not too far; costed $1.25 for 30 minutes. Thank you Rachel's Women's Center for all that you do for this community.

I came here to try to find some tees and was shocked at how high the prices were for very worn looking tees. Since I didn't want to spend over $20, I took my time making sure I only bought what I thought were in the best condition. After 30 minutes I finally bought 2 tees for $18 which was still pretty expensive but I guess it's better than spending $40 for a brand new one. Overall my shopping experience okay but I don't think I'd come here again.

I called immediately and told him I knew what they did, and he didn't apologize just said it would be refunded. It's been over 48 hours and nothing. I'm pretty sure I'm not the first person they've done this to, just happened to have my email saved with Square. This is disgraceful business practice and the BBB and Square will be notified. So check your receipts or better yet, take your business to people who don't steal from their customers. Square receipts attached in case they even try to discredit what they did.

They were the first thing that caught our eye when we walked in. They ended up not fitting him comfortably but it felt like a meant to be moment lol. We do wish they had a fitting room.
