Absolutely First Class! Because of security concerns, we needed the locks to 5 doors rekeyed. They contacted me through HomeAdvisor. I told the person on the phone what I needed and she said a technician would be here between 11 and noon. Max showed up at 11:45. Very courteous. I explained the job to him, he gave me a written quote, that I agreed to and signed (very reasonable quote). Max went right to work. I noted that he had trouble with one lock, which didn't match the others, but he took the time he needed to do the job correctly. When he was finished, he had me try each lock to ensure the keys were working correctly. I also appreciated that he cleaned up the area of my garage in which he was working on the keys. I was in the process of moving into a condo I had leased for a few months, when the key jammed in the lock of the front door, preventing me when accessing the unit. I was stranded on the front patio with all my things, unable to move in. David from Resc-U Locksmith arrived within 25 minutes, and in the following 45 minutes, was able to figure a way to remove the broken lock, open the door, and replace the lock with a new one along with new keys. What appeared to be a panicked nightmare situation was resolved with only a short delay, much to my relief. This locksmith exceeded my expectations, and on short notice! Yesterday between dozens of other tasks, I knew I had to have my house door locks re-keyed. I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment and called my leasing office but they where closed. I called the emergency number but got no response after 30 minutes so I started looking for a lock smith. I called Resc-U Locksmith after calling five other places. They were very friendly and not expensive at all. It took only five minutes to get a call back from one of their technicians (Isaiah). He was not only at my apartment within 10 minutes of the 20 minute waiting period but also had my apartment unlocked within five minutes with no damage done to my door. Both of my remote keys for my RAM 1500 had failed. It was a Saturday afternoon and the dealer's service department was closed. I searched for locksmiths and pure serendipity brought me to Resc-U Locksmiths. I called and spoke with Belle, she was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She indicated that she could take care of me within the hour. I asked if I could come to them to save time and she gave me the address and directions. Called company at 4:00 pm and received callback within 5 minutes. Israel discussed on the phone with me options to open my home safe and prices and arrived within 30 minutes to fix the safe. He is polite,professional,and very competent. I did not have batteries so he showed me how to replace them and set new combination. When I was unable to get safe to work I called company back and had 3 way conversation with Israel and probably the owner who told him to arrange to come back and help me with no additional charge. I live in Garden Grove and happened to be on my way to visit some friends near Palm Springs. The young men that came to my house to service the locks were not the typical 'Good Ole Boys' stereotypes one associates locksmiths to be...They seemed more like Hollywood types, very Metrosexual and well dressed for the desert. Extremely polite, professional and their explanation of the various locks for my door was well understood. This locksmith.company did a.great.job. I was.locked out of my garage and Raz Did a really.good.job! After he got.it opened for me he received an urgent request from someone at the PSP.airport. I can't be any happier for choosing rescu locksmith to help me getting me in my house. Max was awesome. We purchased a house and there were no keys to the glass sliding doors. He came out to rekey but wound the mechanism gave him a fit. He was here messing with it and had so much patience. He decided a new mechanism was needed and had to come back. I have to give it to him for his dedication.
