He changed out the locks and gave me three keys. When it came time to pay he said, that will be 125$ + tax + $75 service fee. Making the total $211. Wait, what? He said bc he had to sit in traffic. It made no sense. He did not say in the quote that he would charge me a service fee. When I said I was confused he said he would make it an even $200 for me.
